Because of that previous video, I build my herta equipping my futureJinglui relic sets and tried the same setup since I also have the same 5star lightcone and I was mindblown by the dmg when I tried it to MOC10. I was not able to 0 cycle it but damn, it's my first time clearing it with almost 2 cycle.

Your tech and just generally how you view the mechanics in this game is always an eye opener. While some “meta” guides definitely make sense because that’s just how some things were designed to be, the way you showcase proper allotment of resources and smooth minmaxing is exactly what the community needs to keep strategies from being stagnant. Also, you just outright prove that tier lists can be a load of shit if you know what you’re doing. Dare I say that you’re a hero.

I only built my herta cause i watched this channel. Also built pela recently cause of you again, and with yangqing E1 (+pela E6) makes him hit hard like crazy
I finished the swarm battle of Crown Mundane using Herta and March 7 (to increase frozen enemies). My Herta was poorly built at that time but now I intend to build her properly 😊

The Ice-Eagle domain is my favourite domain, I've got the Eagle set equipped on 8 characters, while my Herta just takes all the Ice set. Love it!

Gotta emphasize on the "no Before Dawn, no Bronya and with a sustain too!" Honestly, as someone who tried 0-cycling on many characters, I myself is impressed at what Herta can do despite what everyone says against her.

free character, free eidolons which I believe we all alr have E6 herta by now from our regular pull, 4* so lower upgrade cost
people tend to skeptical with free unit even tho when being invested correctly, free unit is also very strong! I hit all the way to TB 50 without pulling even once, and all the free unit help me clearing any content without problem (I've pulled for fu xuan now)
so what I would suggest to everyone is that don't be dictated by 'tier' or 'meta', just play whoever you want however you want! at the end of the day, the main purpose of playing video game is to have fun, do things that gives you joy the most!!
Awesome video! If one was planning to do damage things with Herta now, would you still recommend 4-pc Ice over the Follow-Up set? Can I follow any of the advice in this video if I do not have the means to 0-Cycle, or is the whole point of effective Herta only in this blitzkrieg setup? All this has inspired me, but I only have S5 Peaceful Day and Breakfast, and S1 Herta cone: no Milky Way or JY.
Even on a non-blitzkrieg setup, Herta is ideally should be setting up maximum ULT into FUAs, she just won't deal damage in a very casual skill spam setup where she would typically randomly waste her FUAs. 4pc Hunter is still her best in slot.
I built Herta cause I had spare resources and needed an ice DPS. Was indifferent about her unit-wise but liked her character-wise before.
Now I love her in both ways cause she literally saved me on my first successful Swarm Disaster run and has been serving me very well in MoC even with mostly random relics. Proudly will be skipping Jingliu thanks to Herta.

You technically only need 2 Herta to E6 her since you get 5 total from Simulated Universe (one from the Trailblazer Mission at the start and the rest from clearing World 2, 4, 6, and 7). Idk why people are saying her bad since she had literally helped me in the Ice damage department of the game (especially MoC), with or without Pela.
Although, I will still roll for Jingliu because waifu-
After a few earlier events, I realized the Milky Way LC conditional buff is easy to trigger as the boss will always summon and re-summon waves of minions for it to activate. The earlier rationale that you will always fight a single boss is already out of the window.
It is also very easy to maintain as long as the wearer is extremely slow.
Just got E6 Herta this banner, between SU and a bit of luck on character b. and standard b. I have her built mediocrily (but following your previous guide's main stats) but I'm farming the hunter set for her right now. And I do have an E1 Tingyun at least.
Just the right timing, Ms. Dreamy.
Interestingly, it's Tingyun's E1 that drastically reduces the SPD requirement on Herta to be able to move twice on the 1st cycle per wave of MOC.
@@LisaraScarlet Ah, since you metioned E6 Tingyun I thought there was some extra data I didn't know. I see, nice.
(I was actually painfully aware of Tingyun E1 effect, since after getting it by chance was ruining my speed tuned Tingyun-Yukong-QQ combo (DAMN IT!). For a while I didn't even know why my lvl60 QQ was suddenly faster🤣.)
@@GwyndolinSimp E6 Tingyun just so it guarantees Herta's ultimate on the 1st turn w/o needing to attack or get hit.
And yea, E1 Tingyun is actually annoying for those random SPD boosts messing up speed tuned teams.
I would also like to say that the MoC this month is especially easy. I’d like to see how this performs on other months.
Your last herta video was the most impressive 0 cycle run i had seen on youtube.
It shows the crazy potential of the so called worst 5 star lightcone in game plus with the lack of supports. Looking forward to more crazy runs like this in future.

like the existence of Slow team set ups, speed set ups is soo fun to mess around. I just realized this with slow yukong.. characters drastically become more useful if they are last too.
i gave up speed tuning yukong, pulled her e6 and now i laugh in 250k lightning lord damage
I love Jing Liu don't get me wrong... But i have short period to save enough for her. This made me realize there's always a hidden gem in almost every game and one of them is Herta lol. And... A couple days ago, i luckily snagged the 5* Himeko LC 😂. It's really time to buff up my ice units, considering my Herta and Pela are E6.

Been a Herta enjoyer since release but I’m probably over 1000 pulls in and haven’t seen a single copy of her, and don’t think she’s ever been in the shop.

Don't know if intentional, but in your buff summary you forget 9% attack per enemy from Milky Way (which is 45 total, which is also not small).
It's not exactly a turn-based buff and its pretty straightforward. So yea, me not including it was intentional.

Phumoji makes 0-cycle Arlan videos but he has a little heavier investment compared to mine. For example, all his Harmonies are E6 with Lv12 buffs. I don't want to build Arlan because he isn't E6. Also, I have both Kafka and Serval built for Lightning element.
I got Fuxuan this patch and was finally able to 36 star MOC and I got a sudden urge to build Arlan and Herta(my 1st E6 unit lol). I have Blade's lightcone and some nice Erudition lightcones so they wouldn't be terrible I hope not.
I have her Sig 4 star lightcone S3 or 4 I believe, is it better than Breakfast S5 or BP lightcone S1?
If you're referring to Birth of Self LC, it is one of Herta's worst 4* option along with World Clamor.

Really depends on your DDD superimposition and if your Tingyun is wearing Hackerspace. In my Herta showcase, I only had 107 SPD but it is more than enough.

If you checked the actual 0-cycle vid I mentioned, you will see an LC ranking that is specifically calculated for a slow Herta with Tingyun. It is her worst LC option.

There are a number of alternatives. Bronya, Yukong or Silver Wolf. Pela uses Eagle Set because she regains her ult fast, the 4pc effect would keep advancing her forward.

Hello. Since i finally built my herta ive been trying to work more on her rotations and setting up those super kill window that you showcase often. Any tips on how to lay the ground for them properly. Ive been allowing them to spawn minions and then burst but sometimes ill hit too hard and trigger the follow up instead of saving it for the burst window.
Try using only Herta's basic attacks on the elite or boss while you try and set up her burst.
I have a sneaky suspicion that Dreamy is secretly sponsored by one of Herta's hidden IPC accounts as a form of imagine building and marketing, because it sure is working.
How many credits do you get monthly, Dreamy? Is your source of credit income properly taxed?
Perhaps I should ask Asta about this.

It's not that, competition like seele, blade, Dan il, push her down. She might be considered average at best.

Careful consideration of your team composition, equipment, and available buffs/debuffs will get you the damage you're looking for. Try not to overlook eidolons or traces either.

Get her E6, get her the breakfast S5 lightcone, get her a good ice relic set ... even with all that, it depends on how and when you we use her character and with whom do we pair them..
As for swarm disaster, it is a huge headache cause it all depends on the RNG of the blessings we get.
Being the same characters with same relics and such and still will get killed if the blessings and timing of attacks aren't right
I started playing a couple months ago and I got Yanqing as my first 5-star, so I never really considered investing in Herta, but seeing videos like this makes me wonder if it could be worth my while. Yanqing's complete inability to take advantage of the last few MoC turbulences and the general weakness of single-target only damage makes me feel like I need another DPS to provide flexibility to my teams.
Right now I'm caught between E6 Herta, E0 Welt, and E1 Qingque as possible options for me to work with. My other team is Kafka, so she covers Lightning, Wind and Physical. Between them, would you have any recommendations on who and how to build in terms of value and longevity for a player struggling in content like MoC?
It might not be too late to switch from Yanqing to Herta especially when miHoYo keeps introducing bosses that summons adds. I heard that next MOC rotation will be good for Fire and Ice characters. If you don't plan to get Jingliu, it can be worth investing on Herta. You might also wanna consider to start building a Fire character.

I think this is a very viable strategy on the current MOC buff (killing the trotter gives 2 free skill points). Do you think this would work on the next season of MOC?
We'll see. Also, you're mistaking the current turbulence. Killing the trotter makes it explode. Not really the best turbulence still. The next one is much more powerful as it reduces enemy RES by a huge amount.
@@LisaraScarlet You're right I misremembered the current turbulence to the one right before. But still, this current strategy is very viable and the same can be said if you're right about the next one, which in my opinion just proves that Herta really is a very good free 4* unit. Kinda reminds of Xiangling and Bennet from GI, both are viable since v1.0

this is so misleading - sure herta can clear all the content you mentioned, but herta's damage plummets once she needs to fight a huge boss type enemy (which you conveniently did not show or mention once in this video) while jingliu could do both types of content with much less effort and set up... this video is fine just showcasing herta's potential
i think one thing i realized that i dislike about you, is that your videos always has this defensive, toxic edge to it... maybe because you had bad experience with people that disagree with you in your past. your videos always sound like you're picking a fight with a certain subset of people, always has a negative, demeaning and elitist tone to it... fighting with ghost commenters that haven't even said anything bad to you. Yeah i see some bad comments in your videos, but i think if you weren't so angry and hostile in your content, and just focus more on the positive side of things, you wouldn't get so many haters 🤷♀
