Wow, this film is really addicting. I've been watching the whole series from ep. 1-40 again & again. This is the only Chinese drama movie that I was hooked so much. Though I've seen lots of Chinese movie played by well known actors & actresses, but this one is exceptionally different. Even this movie is 4yrs old now. The movie looks great. All the casts, the staff, the background music, everything is perfect. Keep it up...
As my speech and communication professor used to say. There shouldn't be any compromise in a relationship, but communication. Understand and trust is the true way to a successful relationship. Compromising can start a tally which is a no no. Such as "I already give way, why can't you?" This attitude usually start an argument eventually causing separation. Trust and understand each other. Communicate, find a common ground and work your way there. Just like what they are doing. They both know they each love their career so they support each other on that and just find themselves something in common and that's where they focus. So I prefer none of them quit their profession. Because why does a relationship needs a sacrifice? No sacrifice is necessary for a happy and healthy love life. Besides as they said before, "someone has to do it, if not them then who?" Also I'd like to see how a doctor and a police handle their busy and spontaneous schedule. As this drama seems to be a tribute to doctors and police. I think many people still doesn't understand the depth of their work. And from the start, they both know how demanding their jobs are. Yes you can switch your duty schedules with someone but once you are called, you need to go. My aunt is a doctor. Even if we were in a special event or celebration, she needs to hurriedly go back because a life is at stake. Same with a special policeman. Kelei's job is harder than usual policemen. And they can't disobey an order and usually they take the harder cases. That's why they are called as "special" policemen. They actually don't need to compromise. They have an important role in the society which they can't turn back. They just need to do their best in serving their country. People really need to be realistic and not idealistic. This drama shows that time is not the only important aspect to maintain a relationship. It is communication.

While I was watching this episode it reminded me a friend of mine whose parents are police and doctor similar to Captain Xing and Mika. In her childhood memory her parents were always busy and she was raised up by her grandparents. My friend is not closed to her parents at all only becoz both of them were kind of like invisible man to her until she’s in her 20s.
They had so many stories and relationships. It’s like they left us hanging. I’m still upset they didn’t let Kelei and Mika get married. Wasn’t right. My opinion
