From Allsang, to the colorful old houses (@ 21:41 💙💛), to the remote out of the way places, the playful kitty cats, and hopefully a hot beverage or two, you had quite a day. Btw, I agree, you'll always find something new at Skansen (and Djurgarden too).
The tour of the Open Air Museum in Skansen was really nice to see walking around all the really interesting buildings and the sun shining over the snow covered ground with a very beautiful view of the city and i really enjoyed the walk it was very nice Thank You and i wish you a Happy New Year.🇸🇪🇸🇪✨🎇🎆🇸🇪🇸🇪
I do Love Snow in the Sunshine...... That is a Wonderful place to visit....... Like you I think Animals should be free in the Wild.... But to make People aware of them, it is good to show them to the People....And I am Sure they are well looked after and much loved...... Mother Nature Can be very Beautiful... But also Very Cruel....And life expectancy is often quite short....Wow.... That was a bit deep.... I think i need a drink now......... Happy New Year You Darling Young Lady..... :-)) xxxxxx
Yeah, I do believe Skansen is very mindful about giving the animals a reasonable home. And they no longer keep penguins or elephants as they did when I was a kid. But still. A large owl that can’t fly away- that’s sad. But I do eat animals that are treated way worse. Yeah, I do believe drinking is the only way out of this reasoning …

Yeah, it was so pricy I thought it was some kind of special winter holiday special, expecting all the houses, stalls etc to be open. But I think it was just a regular day. Year-passes are almost the same price so that’s alright for locals.

Did you mean that? Well, 15-25 percent of the adult population I googled. But do use a more reliable source if it’s important! And factor in life expectancy etc in your comparison (we have a rather old population).

Oh yes, born and raised in Stockholm, Skansen has been a regular spot to visit! And I’m quite old so the number of visits is quite high. Unfortunately my memory is not the greatest. But I still claim you can find a new house, spot, terrace etc every time you visit.
