I love this type of video where you’re actually digging for stuff 😀 your bins look so laid-back, not crazy like I’d expect them to be! I didn’t even know Anuschka made shoes but her hand painted bags sell really well for me
I didn't know that either. I'm surprised the comps were so low. I love her bags.
Most of our bins are chaos, but usually more relaxed and less crowded early in the early mornings.
I worked at Goodwill for years and all that stuff looks like the go backs we do in the back. That’s all the stuff they thought wasn’t good enough to go on the floor. Or the stuff they pulled out of the store that was older. By the way I looove thrifting . I enjoy all this videos thank you

My bins have a line waiting our the door before opening and people dont treat u as a human but as dirt. These bins looks so relaxing. Aww I love that Anthro purse and the wrangler shirt so pretty

Went to my local bins for the first time and its on the list as one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had 🤣 how do y’all do it? At least yours has most of the shoes together in a rubber band.
I wouldn’t say any bins location is a ‘shopping experience’. It’s digging through 99.9% junk.

My grandparents had a warehouse business, sorting all these clothes we would get from goodwill in containers and selling them overseas. They sold that business now, but I was wondering is it lucrative to be a reseller in this day?
I hadn’t been to the bins in over six months. I went last Thursday and walked out immediately. Too many people and no carts available.

I cannot get over how EMPTY the bins were and you could browse by yourself so easily. At my bins (Austin Tx) all the stuff in the bins are scooped up by people in tubs/ikea bags (very aggressively) and taken to their carts (that they sit on for 8 hrs a day) to sort. Basically every rule listed on the signs is ignored. It was so relaxing to watch you shop normally. When they roll out new bins there are about 10/15 people per bin fighting to find stuff.
I go to 7 different bins locations, and none of them are alike. This one was first thing in the morning on a Saturday, so it gets a lot more chaotic later in the day. The bins are always an adventure.
@@commontags ours is chaotic first thing and then it all is done by like 11 am. We have like zero shoes. It’s all clothing. I was there at 7:45 am waiting last time and I got the second to last cart. It’s just crazy in a different way. Most people are super cool, but there’s always one weird one (older woman trying to take from me while I was sorting my own stuff last time 🙄 I was like, “Um…nooooooo” 🤣🤣🤣
@@KP-jt9py The Austin bins, especially South Austin, are completely savage. I don't understand why they set it up like that to almost encourage people to mob. I've never seen literal mobs of people ganged up and running down the aisles like someone was throwing around free money. The South Austin bins are really disgraceful and Goodwill should be ashamed, I honestly hope someone breaks their hip and sues them. The North bins are slightly better but not much. I go to the bins she's at in this video almost weekly and it's soooo much more civilized than those Austin bins. These bins are open 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, so there's definitely times you can go when it's way more chill. I prefer Sunday mornings 7-12 when most of the "regulars" are at church, most of them are devout Catholics so the bins are super empty at that time.
The Austin regulars are like gangs, it literally gets violent.

Fun haul! TFS. Silpada is a good sterling silver jewelry brand. I'm surprised the belt is only comping in the $20 range. The buckle may be sterling and might clean up. Best of luck with everything. I really enjoy your videos.

These are my bins! The O***** Bins are the best ever! Cool to see a video of you there, it just popped up in my suggested vids. Have you been lately? I was there on Sunday - there's been a few changes. They keep the bathrooms locked now and you have to ask for the key, which sucks. That just started because apparently some people were doing drugs in there. Not sure how locking it stops that - can't they also just ask for the key? Also, and this is kinda cool, the clothing rotations are done in rows of two now, simultaneously, if that makes sense - so unless it's suuuuper crowded in there, the "regulars" are now spread over two rows (actually four rows since they're double rows) and it's way less crazy with elbows flying. I like it. Even though these bins are by far some of the most civilized bins I've been to for sure. I love them. All the wealthy people from Montecito, SB, and Ojai stuff ends up here. I've found insane things.
This was interesting for a non reseller like myself to watch and I would never have guessed people would buy what looks like garbage to me

It was super early in the morning. It gets much more crowded as the day goes on. All my bins are over 2 hours away from me, so I can relate ☕️ 🚙 😊

Nice find on the tall pants! I'm 5'11 and have always had to pay up on my pants because talls are nearly impossible to find on the cheap! I have been thrifting since I was a teenager and have never found a woman's tall pair of pants at a thrift store! I just ordered 2 more pair online as a Christmas present to myself! LOL

We have 7 goodwill outlet locations in the greater Los Angeles area. They are all 2-3 hours from where I live, so I always have to drive as well.

If a garment isn’t made of silk or another dry cleanable fabric, it can be soaked in warm water with oxi clean. Generally, I let items soak over night, wash in cold water and hang to dry.
Can someone tell me which is the best goodwill outlet store with the best price pay for the pound in California
they're all different and different on different days, all bins in california are more expensive than any others except maybe washington. this bins she's at is my personal favorite and it's a little pricey at $2.09 but the quality of stuff i find makes up for it
$3.99 here in the north SF Bay Area. Goodwills here are really out of line to the point that I never shop them anymore.

The people at the bins near me act like animals! I envy your crowd. People go crazy when they roll out a new bin. I’ve seen a physical fight and quite a few verbal arguments. It’s scary, so I rarely go.
