Speed wobbles have nothing to do with a board's setup. Wobbles happen when you tense your legs/ankles. Your body goes into a weird, over-correcting, adrenaline response. I would look at an alternative to Vestar they don’t stand behind their product. I recently bought a V2 had it for just over a year and I am a very casual rider that just likes to cruise around my neighborhood and park trails. I keep to very smooth roads to limit feet fatigue. Last week when I was riding home the back truck hanger snapped clean off while I was doing about 16 miles an hour. Luckily when I crashed I only jacked my cell phone hip and shoulder. When inspecting the break in the truck it looks like very poorly cast metal. I have pictures for anyone that would like to see. I have never seen a truck snap with plain road riding before and I contacted Frank at the Vestar boards to see what he could do about replacing the truck and the motor that all the wires were ripped out of. He said the best he could do because the board was out of warranty was to charge me to replace the parts the cost he quoted me was higher than what I could buy the same new parts on Amazon or eBay. I live in a Fourseason location so I probably got six months total riding only on the weekends before it snapped off. I recommend people go with A more quality brand that stands behind their product and has real service.
I found the best way to stop wobble you have to play it like snowbord, you have to put weight on either heel or toe. You can’t keep it flat, it will wobble. Put the weight on one side, go in a long slalom is much more stable, like snowboard.

Depends on what you want from it. Evolve stoke gives you the brand name and a really good short board, or you could go ownboard carbon or backfire ranger for that slightly more off road long board. Personally if you are new I’d get an exway flex or backfire zealot and save the extra money for a board in the 2k range later, or spend it on nice gear. Helmet, lazyrolling hoodie, pads, extra parts, tools, backpack, etc. If you are new or only been on shit boards then any of those $800+ boards will be great. I’ve only heard great things about the flex and I love my zealot, consistently get 25mph throughout the battery, and I push it really hard. Usually finish my ride at about 15% battery left and have ridden usually around 12 or 13 miles, but like I said that’s pushing it hard. Or the vestar black hawk obviously, as he shows in this video. 1500 is a weird spot between top tier boards and the “budget” boards under 1000.
Aaron Torres I don’t know much about the board and there aren’t really any popular reviewers doing videos on them, but I don’t see why not. You should get lots of range and if the speed number is realistic then it’ll be a great board. I prefer reverse kingpin but that’s just me. I opted to not get cloud wheels, but some people love them, some people hate them, should be fine though. I think you’ll love it especially if you are new, just don’t watch any more electric board reviews, you’ll start questioning your decision, you’ll be happy with your board I can almost guarantee it. Welcome to the community if you are new! And congrats on the new board if you aren’t! Now take that little bit of extra money and buy GOOD gear. Trust me it’s worth it and eventually you’ll feel naked without it.

Whats the best fastest e board I can buy right now i have 1500
Depends on what you want from it.
@@sethsimmons3783 well I just read this and I already bought the Verreal Rs with cloud wheels and a tesla battery do you think that was a good choice
Lol thanks but I cant wear a helmet or people will think I'm gay
@@aarontorres6209 Aaron you shouldn't care what anybody else thinks about your person have more confidence in yourself who cares if you look quote "gay" as you put it wearing a skid lid is the smartest thing you can do! when you're going 25 miles an hour on a skateboard!!!! Because when you crash"AND TRUST ME SOME OF US WHO'VE BEEN RIDING FOR YEARS KNOW THAT IT'S NOT A MATTER OF IF YOU CRASH! BUT WHEN YOU CRASH BECAUSE YOU WILL CRASH EVERYBODY "WADS UP"AKA CRASHES." if you're pushing the envelope to get the thrill you're going to crash. And if your head hits the ground and you're able to walk away from it!!!! You'll be so grateful that you had a helmet on... what's more important looking cool are being able to walk?!!?! Seth Simmons is giving you good advice. Dress for the "CRASH" not for the Show!!!! how cool do you think you're going to look in a wheelchair paralyzed because you didn't have a helmet on? real stuff my friend real stuff! May God bless you and keep us all safe...
Hey I was wondering how do you record the angle you get on?
Ur 360 cam makes me think that the camera is floating
I think new rubber wheels can soften a bit with use. May get softer with time.
I believe so too. They weren’t bad by any means. Def better than urethane
Love your channel bro, do you know any boards that are smaller (preferably not long boards), all terrain, moderately light and reasonably budget? Essentially like a normal skateboard side but with all terrain wheels. I've been looking for one for ages.
All terrain and light are contradictory right now, and if it does exist, it won’t be budget unfortunately
@@RonnieSarmiento thanks for the reply!! yeah seems that way, what about all terrain, small and budget? Essentially not a long board.
What did you record this with?
Thx Ronnie. .Nice Video!~
I'm waiting for that exway flex review bro, when do you think you'll make it or post it?
I’m looking to film it this weekend, so hopefully next week
Awesome video man!!.. I'm getting ready to buy me one of these myself. Got a question for you: Will my weight and height affect how this specific skateboard performs? I am 5'11 tall and weigh roughly 215 pounds. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Johnny did you buy the board? Hopefully not and if you did how long did it take you to get it and is your battery a piece of S#@T like mine was?
Nice review kabayan, I wonder if Vestar ships here in Hong Kong.
Hey Ronnie love your vids but I have a question relating to the revel kit would you recommend it i what to custom as much as I can, and what was your shipping time? Long or short?
mine was sent, so it'll differ. took a 1-2 weeks if i recall correctly
Hey Ronnie! Do you have a discount code (or two?) that I can use with this board, please? Thank you!!
Are you going to the DC esk8 group ride on Sunday?
Didn’t know there was one
Ronnie Sarmiento you should get the meetup app and join DC esk8. Last Sunday we had over 25 riders and we rode from Washington DC to Maryland national harbor
What do u use for your camera while your riding?
It’s in my description
Is this a pre production board that they give to influencers? Compare it to the evolve. Acceleration, top speed, hill climb, range, and brakes.
It’s not ore production. I’ve given my opinions and shared my test results here for you. I don’t have an evolve so I cannot do that, but I’m sure you can take info you’ve learned from my video, compare it to another and reach a conclusion. Hope this video gave you some insight!
Nice video but Vestar does not send boards anymore! Everywhere you look people complain waiting for months for their orders. I made this mistake too. Customer support plays dodge ball on me. They were 24/7 available until.. you need em fo real. Even the product would be good whats the point if you never get it? Reply how long you been waiting for vestar board and if you got it?
Can you do a review of the backfire g3?
i did the g3 plus, and it was great. the g3 is very close, so it's safe to assume it's pretty good too!
So 36V x 30amps gets you only 1080 watts per motor, I'm pretty sure with their tunned Hobbywing esc they are no where near 2000watts
I thought it's 42V and not 36?
@@sabbis even if it is 42V it would be about 1260 watts
It's 42v, and supposedly can go up to 58amps
@@supersavytechguy8001 it can but hobbywing esc does not output that many amps
This thing is awesome 👍
How do u get the mph guage on the video guys?
I missed this upload and just ran across it forgive me sensei😖😪
you are forgiven :)
the street wheels probably give you the range. the offroad wheels might take more power to run?
Prolly would add 2-4 miles
Grabi yan bro..halos lahat board mayron ka
What board you know of that can go 40-45 mph
Lacroix, bioboards and kaley nyc
What helmet are you using?
backfire helmet
This vid makes me miss riding soooooo bad :(
Yow Ronnie, would you review a skateboard called Teamgee H9 ?
This company been making very thin skateboard lately and I wanna see your review, thanks a bunch!
Reichs i had an H9 for a couple of month. Real world battery life time under 8km , top speed 38km/h is possible, no real flex, pretty easy to ride, weight is ok. Bought a Meepo mini ER and startet so Build DIY Boards now because my teamgee broke and became boring (acceleration). For the price better by a Meepo, ownboard, Wowgo or competitors. To much compromises for a thin board.
@@Muutschie So uh for now which is the best option you would recommend
At 6:43 of the video it cancels out. What’s up with that!?
I like this video!
What's your thoughts of this against the bkb duo?
More ride around and vlogs man.
How much is it
Dude what kind of camera is that
Insta360 one x, I use it in a ton of my videos. I have it linked in the description and you get some goodies with it
Would NIT suggest buy this board I had a board from this company and there service is terrible it broken within the first ride and when I tried to contact the company I was ghosted would NOT suggest getting this board looks good now but after a couple rides is crippled and when you have any problems or returns the customer service is horrific.
what helmet are you using dude???
The backfire one
yea
Plz tell me price us$?
Wobbles happening at speed kick up my adrenaline the same as seeing a cop while speeding in a car.
i imagine it's like the scene from limitless where your brain just sees everything in ultra slow mo
