Here one question, as you said properties are using to protect variables to send incorrect data, for this you applyes validations using geter and seter, but in auto completed properties, you are not apply any validation then how can you protect to assign incorrect data.

Encapsulation: ye ek concept jiske according data member and behaviour(method) jo data member ko modify krta hai ek sth hone chahiye so that sensitive data safe rahe external modifications se.
Property and member function : public property and public member function wo tarike hai jisse hum encapsulation ko achieve krne ka. Ye dono hi private members ko modify kr skte hai.
