The part about going first in tic-tac-toe is an understatement. If you don’t go first in tic-tac-toe, and you’re opponent doesn’t blunder the game, you mathematically cannot win. If you go 2nd, the best you can do is draw.

    • @yoeriw7099

Playing right is important here. Start first and put it in the middle. If your enemy goes in the corner you win if it’s the edge it’s a draw. If you’re second and they put it in the middle play the edge. If they don’t play middle put yourself in the middle and play on the win.

The rock paper scissors meta hasn‘t always been this anti-scissor, but with the psychological update, which was trying to bring a bit of fresh air into the game, scissors completely fell out of the meta for high level players, but in lower levels it also gets used less than paper or rock. This concludes to one obvious answer, buff scissors. Here‘s my take on how to do that. Give the scissors a small percent chance to still defeat rock. If it fails and scissors take over the meta, revert it and remove the psychological side of the game, which has been controversial from the start. This will bring the game back to when the meta was still balanced

for TTT its pretty simple. The first player is "Attacker" and the 2nd move is the "Defender"
It is not possible to "win" as the 2nd person unless the first one messes up hard. And the first person can only win if the 2nd person is does not counter them correctly each move. Has very little to do with "tricking" once you know every move set, as there is very little like chess, its a tie every single time non stop lol.

The tic tac toe trick will only work if your enemy doesnt mark a corner as his first move. Btw, it doesnt matter if you go into the corner first. The result will be the very same if you just draw that pattern. Actually, its better to go into the middle first. It will cut off 1 out of the 2 weaknesses of that strategy.

Here’s a weird tip that works on (most) people!
If you ask them a personal question like “what’s your favourite food” Or “what super power would you have?” Before playing rock paper scissors they are bound to pick scissors.

My strategy to always win rock paper scissors:
    Go for paper.
The other person will most likely also go for paper (unless it is just in my school)
If you didn’t go for paper but they still picked the same one as you, in the next turn go for the same one you just did.
    Like paper.
This is how most of my games go.
    ✋🤚
    ✋✊
    Hope people see this :)

Both theoretically and in practice at high level, D4 is possibly the best opening for white. The queen's Gambit has the second highest win rate for black outside of the accepted variations of trap openings outside of the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit, which is also a D4 opening. The queen's Gambit is better if you consider a loss as 0, win as 1, and draw as .5 as the Blackmar-Diemer is just a very decisive opening

In 4-in-a-row, try making a 3x3 “7” on the board. After that, keep placing pieces on the column next to the 7 (if you’re making a normal 7, place it on the right, if not, place it on the left) until your opponent has no choice but to block you, and you just put your piece on top of theirs to win the game!

For coin flips, what he said directly applies only to American currency. For your own country do your research, make some observations, and then make an educated decision.
Also, for chess, remember that even though e4 is the most popular 1st move, according to the best engines, Nf3 is actually better since it does not committ any pawns and is more flexible overall.

With battleship, make sure there is a lot of empty space, full rows or columns that have nothing in them. It wastes a lot of your opponent's guesses. Also mark where they are guessing, so you can know the area they're trying to hit. If they are guessing in specific areas a lot, try guessing in that area; they might be subconsciously thinking about where they would put their ship. Guess randomly until you hit something, don't go alphabetically (A1, A2, A3, etc.) because it's a huge waste of time.
