At this point, crusader aura should not give +1 hp. It would negate the obnoxius play of aura + showdown. Prismatic beam doing just 2 damage but hitting face like before. It's a big problem that you can't counter this deck by going wide, specially after deleting saddle up.
I agree with the crusader aura thoughts, i'll make a video later this week with what i think should be nerfed
idk, I beat flood paladin with over 50% rate (and many other meta decks) with a totally junky self-made undead-handbuff deck
Yea, handbuff dk does really well against paladin in total lol just because of the quilboar and also the mini and hollow hound. But yea, handbuff dk is a bad matchup for paladins to face
All of the top decks are rogue shouldn’t you be worrying about beating rogue and not blood Hunter?
Rogue's easy to beat, you just have to hope they don't get massively discounted AOE

Tbh, the deck has been quite good for a while. Kinda flew under the radar in previous patches.
It does just so many absolutely egregious things.
Crusader aura is INSANE. It buffs minions just too much, especialy for being an aura. 3 turn duration on it is also just absolutely overkill. I fine their new annoy-o-tron+buff card also pretty strong. Even if you just hit 2 minions, it is already very strong.
But the card that really pushes it over the top, in my opinion, is Showdown. The things that card does are just illegal. It kinda seems like a whacky fun card not meant to be used seriously... but the way the card combos atm is extremely strong. Between prismatic, giant, zilliax and the board buffs, the card almost feels like a 2 mana 9/9 with upside and that's just not reasonable.
Yea, good thing showdown is getting nerfed in the upcoming patch lol its by far the best card in the list where it just discounts your sea giant and zilliax by 6 off the bat
@@JMONEYHS Yeah, it's a fine nerf... although, I don't think quite enough to fully bring the deck in line.
Showdown is the kind of card that... if it works, it's just too good.
But yeah, definitely the best card on their list, so it's at least a well targeted nerf.
@TheSorrowfulAngel yea, I agree that I think it should've gotten another nerf but the main reason the deck is getting played is because of the extremely high winrate it has over pain warlock, other than that, plus the nerf to showdown, i think it *might* bring it down to around a 51 or 52% winrate deck
@@JMONEYHS Im not even so sure about that. Last time I checked hsreplay, flood paladins worst matchup was itself lol I think its pretty far from being in line. Similar to highlander warrior - which still is extremely polarizing in terms of matchup despite the nerfs, cause of that critical mass of AoE they have.
Tbh, I just feel like this meta has a number of way too polarizing decks that just boot so many possible decks out of the meta.
