I was on a mission to have one of every comic on Veve put it’s become more or less impossible now unless you have the money. So it’s low mint hunting for holy grail comics now! I have 5 Spider-Man 1# sub 2000 and same for F4 #1 that’s my plan going forward. I really have attachment towards them 😂

That’s a great point. I see it in comics too. A CGC 9.8 (usually the highest graded) goes for a huge amount and the 9.6 goes for substantially less. I think the whales want “the best” and are willing to pay for it. It pulls up the lower grades, but not as far as we would think. I’ll try to do more analysis.
I think they could be worth quite a bit. For example the physical Ultimate Fallout 4 had a print-run of 80,000+. A raw copy is probably worth $250+ now.

With that being said, I have a few comments and then a few questions that go along with the comments. I don’t have a lot of $ to pick up UR/SR comic. However, I’ve been thinking that low mint commons could be worth a pretty penny down the road. HODL 3-5 yrs or longer? I have recently pick up a few commons in the mint numbers between 250-400 zone. Do you feel that these will actually have some good value as time passes?? Could there be a big demand for low mint commons in the years to come?? Also, it’s hard to gage the value of each comic as they drop. It would be nice to have a value scale from 1 comic to the next and so on. Like, marvel comic #1 is the most desired/valued as of now. Spider man #1 is the next most valued or at lest I think it is lol. Can you do a video on what you think are the top comics? Maybe rate all the comics that have dropped from 1st to least desirable/valuable in your opinion? Wether or not you believe the comic will have a good increase in value. I know there are a lot of physical comics that carry no real significant value. Actually, I’m going to guess probably a majority don’t?? At least it seams that way. I know this was a lot to read but I am new to the space (as I’m sure a majority of your subscribers are) and if you could point all of us in the right direction when it comes to investing in comics that would be so valuable. Honestly I feel like the NFT space is overheating. It’s up up up and more more more. Everything is undervalued blah blah blah… I hear this everywhere. At the moment I think you should only buy something if you really like it as a collectible but not as a investment. I‘m not sure if I can compare the value of a real comic with an Nft comic. Sure they have value but the greed is everywhere at the moment. Smells like a big fat crash to me. I have 3 comics and one Spider-Man. The rest is gems… I sold everything. And the fact that you can’t withdraw your money is blowing this marketplace up like a balloon. I think a lot is overinflated by a multiple at the moment

I started November 1st and up to 5 collectibles so far.
Once we move on from specific collectibles. I believe once we bring in more genre’s and music it’ll bring even more people.

Not sure. I’ve heard that before too. I think anything that can differentiate the comic from the rest seems to make a difference.

Just keep in mind there’s no access to take your money out yet. Currently, Veve has not added their transfer feature, it’s very anticipated.
I always try and buy comics on drop days. I missed ASM #1 and paid $45 for it on the market.
