Greetings from Tasmania,-Australia !!-thanks for showing us around!!--just fantastic to have all those "Treasures"-on tap-What a great set-up !!--I like "Old-Timers"now-(dont have to run so far !)--but I like anything in the "model-plane field,--& sure is like a Candy-Factory !!All the best Dan,-good luck in your next venture !!
That was really cool. Thanks for the swap meet walkthrough. I want to attend one day. I'm located on the west coast. I gravitate toward warbirds too. I'm in middle of TF P-47D .60 size build myself.
Counted 5 youngsters in all that crowd. Sadly the hobby isn't going to survive much longer. Our club has a yearly Try and Fly event for anyone wanting to learn. 15 at most and those won't come back.
Yeah, I wish I could've made it both days. I can't believe how most people packed up around noon on Saturday. I've always wondered why it's on Fri & Sat versus Sat & Sun.
Most of the people attending are from out of state. Some as far away as Ohio and Indiana. So once those people see how the crowds are thinning out, they want to get on the road. That way, they can at least have Sunday to recuperate before going back to work on Monday.

The old adage, " You should have been here yesterday," applies. Friday, the show was packed, and none of those tables were empty.
