Maam My parents disturb me everytime like they wake me up randomly anytime without realising that I have set the alarm and not caring about when i slept at night. when i take a break and i am listening to songs they scold me saying each and every minute is important and i am wasting without knowing that i have been studying for hours. If they see me studying bio they will scold me and ask me to study phy not caring about my list. They go through my jagrati diary and say that it is waste of time. What should I do? They interrupt in everything that i do. If i am not talking to my friends they force me to and if i am talking to them they want to know everything and will scold me that i am wasting time. They also tell me to not completely trust my teachers because teachers don't know me personally. I am frustated. I want to follow this really but what should i do?

I give myself 2 hour for refreshment
But the real problem is my sleep issue like whenever i try to study after a hour i feel dizzy.
if u really dont want to feel sleepy then morning m uthte hi paano piyo ek fruit lelo in empty stomach for natural sugar nd walk for 15 min isse tumhari body naturally jagegi jisse ki pdhai k time p sleepy ni feel hoga these 15 - 20 utilised in morning will save your lots of hour
Mai subh 6am ya 7am uthti hu exercise krti hu fir breakfast aur apni mummy ko school drop krke aati hu uske bd padhne baithti hu.. within 10mins mujhe aisa nashe wali neend aati hai ki 2 bje uthti hu fir

I am in 9th in my surroundings everyone is on insta, watching anime and making relationship with each other and I want study more 5+hr without getting distracted it is very difficult for me but may be not today ,but one will achieve this
You are like me then .. I am in 10th and when I was in 9th I was just like everyone else that you described .. but then I discovered some self improvement mentors .. I'll suggest you to watch hamza .. and for your studies I will suggest from my experience that in ninth it is compulsory to enjoy as much as you study .. and by enjoyment I don't mean watching reels and yt shorts .. but rather you can go outside and play with you frnds .. have some time with your family especially your parents .. read some other self help books like I read atomic habits , 12 rules of life and 48 laws of power.. and you should also build up some habits like meditation, journaling .. why I said this is bcoz you can easily get more than 85 percent if you just studied 3 hrs everyday in ninth .. and if you didn't did these other things , you will have to suffer in 10th bcoz the pressure bro is really high ..
