Great tutorial! Hope you have a Blessed Easter and a very Happy Birthday 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂! Love watching your videos!
Thank you!! tfw
Perdón pero a mi no me agrada!! Aparte hay personas que no saben tejer y esa no es la forma de enseñar!! Saludos. Pero bueno para todo hay!! Y todo es negocio.
I'm in awe of how she crochets. I've watched hundreds of videos and have never seen anyone crochet like this.
Thanks! I know I hold my hook different from the norm.. but that's how Iearned. tfw
Ditto!
I mean, for a tutorial I cannot follow the actual stitches visually but excellent verbal instructions and great for the experienced crocheter.
The written pattern link is a bonus!
I am fascinated by how you crochet! Do you knit the same way??
Would love to see how it translates to knitting.
I recently changed to holding my yarn with my left hand while knitting instead of the throwing method because it’s how I crochet and my knitting went so much easier.
I would love to see more tutorials from you but I’d recommend that you just establish at the start of the video that this is an intermediate crochet video, explain that it’s going to use basic crochet stitches such as dc, ss, chains OR demonstrate One time the basic and not have to verbally walk through every single stitch.
Most people aren’t looking to learn how to crochet on a pattern tutorial, we are only wanting to know how to make the pattern. 😃
At first I was confused at the angle 🙃 lol but I was able to follow your easy instructions without looking. Super simple!Feeling Blessed thanks so much!
Sorry, it was the first time do a tutorial like that, and didn't think to flip the video around when editing. Glad you could figure it out. tfw
Sí es muy simple la puntada pero no es la forma q se acostumbra. Muchas gracias!! Como quiera ya lo hice!!
yes when making a video you should have your back toward your audience and have your camera looking over your shoulder and focus to that it's close enough to see your stitchwork. It's a great cross though and if someone doesn't look at what you're doing and just follows directions it's fine. It would be a great video for someone who is left handed because if you're teaching a left handed person and you're right handed that's what you do is sit opposite them so they can see you "backwards"
I'VE NOT SEEN ANYONE CROCHET LIKE THAT , I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT HELD THE YARN & NEEDLE IN THE SAME HAND, GREAT JOB
For some reason its just easier this way for me! 💜💜💜
Wow, I totally understood what you were teaching. Thank you very much
Dawn Sawyer great Teacher ☦️
The pink cross came out just lovely!!! Blessings!!
Thank you! 💜💜💜
Thank you so much for this easy tutorial! I was able to follow along with you in real time and it turned out beautifully!

Sorry.. I never did a crochet tutorial before... If I could get it flipped I would.
Wow! Your super talented! I wish I could do this! Haha! I know how to but...can’t follow a pattern to save my life 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ never been taught so...haha thanks for helping me
Thanks! I am a self taught crocheter, if I can't figure things out I go to the tubes and search out videos to guide me along! 💜
Jodi that's beautiful!!! I love it, you did a great job with the instructions!! Tyfs!!
Thank you!! tfw
Hi Jodi ty so much for sharing this tutorial, I made so many of these crosses but I had to fo after each section which took more time to make just one, not to mention all the ends I had to sew in at the end. Ty again I hope to see more tutorials from you👏👏👏👏👏
Glad you enjoyed it! I have one other tutorial on here for the fun pumpkins... I don't do them often, as trying to teach/share this is an awkward feeling for me. I may do a fun little bunny soon. tfw
I love this! I like the comment about making it a bookmark. Thank you for sharing this! I’m gonna give it a try
It makes a fun bookmark! tfw

Thank You so much for sharing this video! I was looking for a cute cross to make as a bookmark everywhere, and yours was my favorite. I made it with white cotton thread and a 1.5 mm hook...I also added a tail and a small tassel. It's going in a birthday card :) It really turned out beautifully. Great tutorial! Subscribed :)

This is so cute! New subscriber here😀
Hi and welcome!! tfw
Hi Jodi! Lovely cross! Is there a written pattern available? God Bless!
Video is upside down, hard to follow this way.
tfw
Could you make a video of a different course border on it plese
Liked that
Thanks
Okay saw video it's a great video, but did you ch-3 on last DCs then sl st to ch-3 sp. In written pattern you joined then yarn so I'm kinda confused about it. The video the yarn isn't joined to start again on arms or bottom, it's all one piece.
Good job
Thanks! tfw
I like the the pattern but i still dont get what you are doing, even after flipping my fone upsidedown 😟😟
Is this for left handers? I can’t seem to follow!
I am a right hander. Sorry, I did the best I could.
Nice video iam your new friend
Thanks and welcome
This may be an old video, but people still watch it, I assume. I found it hard to follow because it was really just oral, not visual. I would like to have seen the actual crocheting
nice just subbed
Thanks
I got totally lost u did good but takes me while to catch on lol
Keep working on it..... tfw
Turn off phone from rotating 🤸 then rotate the mobile with your hand 🤓🤶🤍
First time doing a crochet tutorial so its a trial by error learning method
tyfs very pretty
Thank you!!! tfw
thank you for the video, my question; is it a paid pattern or a free pattern? i'd like to read & make my own crochet cross bible book marker. thank you for your time & effort. :)
Sorry, just saw this comment.... here is the link to the site I found the pattern on: scrapyarncrochet.blogspot.com/2011/06/free-yarn-cross-crochet-pattern.html
Hi can you share a pattern how to do an Ichtus Christian symbol? GOD BLESS
I don't think I have a pattern like that.
Can I get this pattern offline
It can be found here: scrapyarncrochet.blogspot.com/2011/06/free-yarn-cross-crochet-pattern.html
definitely need the camera behind you. great otherwise
Asi no se entiende muy bien la puntada podría tejer de derecha a izquierda??
Se ve rara la forma de tejer!!
Looks great, but the angle of the video makes it hard to follow. Thanks though!
Thanks, sorry about the angle. tfw
So difficult to follow upside down
tfw
You are not fully describing what you were doing it is very confusing you say slip stitch in the center on about the fourth row in the center of what of the slip stitch is a slip stitch before or what very confusing
Sorry, I did the best I could
Esta volteada la cámara!!
Hard to see what she’s doing.. Thankfully I found this one and it’s te same cross but the camera angle better and instructions too. Nice cross this “Guidecentral English”
Sorry about that, doing crochet tutorials aren't my thing...
Couldnt follow with the angle you were doing it
Really hard to follow with the way she holds her hook and yarn
Sorry.. I do believe I did say I don't hold my hook/yarn like others. Just how I learned...
@@JodisCreativeCorner that's fine. I found a different one. Thank you
See nothing...hard to follow
tfw
I've never seen anyone crochet like this. Interesting, but just was not able to follow.
tfw
I can’t even see what you’re doing with the camera so far away, giving up and finding a better tutorial
Sorry.... I did say a disclaimer that I am not a crochet tutorial person.... hope you found a better tutorial...
