I uploaded the png file and when I open it on Phezer it doesn't read the whole thing, I tried adjusting for size, didn't work. my png is 500ppi, is it too detailed? should it be 300ppi or?
Help! the bottom 2 lines on the display do not work (I can not save or change) Is it possible to make an inscription on a computer and save it to a USB flash drive and print it from a USB flash drive? if so, in which program and how to do it? thanks

Doesn't work. Super buggy. Sees some BMP files but not all. Tried BMP, JPG, PNG in less than 300 resolution and less than 300kb and it doesn't see them on the USB stick. Returning this printer

Yes, the max hegit is 300PPI. Please update the size and try it again. Nice day.
hi, i got the trouble that my images turn out to be stretched, like, a lot, probably 50% - how can i set it up so it will not be stretched?
