তারপূর্বে কক্সবাজার সমুদ্র তটসহ আশেপাশের এলাকাগুলো থেকে অবশ্যই সন্ত্রাসীসহ মাদক গাঁজা ড্রাগস ব্যবসাসহ সব রকমের অসামাজিক কুকর্মকান্ড থেকে সম্পূর্ণভাবেই মুক্ত করেই ২৪ ঘন্টার জন্যই দিনরাত অত্যন্ত কঠোর নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। চারিদিকেই সিসিটিভি ক্যামেরা স্হাপন করতে হবে এবং সেগুলো অবশ্যই যেন ২৪ ঘন্টাই চালু অবস্থায় থাকে। নিরাপত্তা প্রহরী জোরদার করতেই হবে, তা না হলে যতই কক্সবাজার পর্যটন এলাকা হিসাবে উন্নয়ন করা হোকনা কেন, কোনোই লাভ অথবা সুফল বয়ে আনবে না । সুদৃঢ়ভাবে এসবের ব্যবস্থা করা না হলে, বিদেশি পর্যটকগন কক্সবাজারে যে যাবেনই না, এতে কোনই সন্দেহ নাই এবং এ-তো বলাই বাহুল্য ❗
মাত্র ১০ কিমি জায়গা যদি ইউরোপীয় কালচার রাখলে যেমন, night club, pub, casino, রাখতে পারলে tourist ashbe!
যেই দেশে রাস্তাঘাট পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা করতে পারছেনা সেই বিদেশি পর্যটক আসবে কোন কারণে বিশাল বিশাল অট্টালিকা অবকাঠামো দেখবে না কি পর্যটকরা তারা চায় সড়কে যানযট মুক্ত হোক, রাস্তাঘাট পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন থাকে সব সময়, হয়রানি মুক্ত থাকুক সব স্থানে কেউ এই হয়রানি করুক তাদেরকে এটা বাংলাদেশী আর বিদেশি হোক কেউ আশা করে না, যাঁরা খাবার ব্যাবসা করেন তারা যেন পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন ভাবে খাবার তৈরি করেন এবং মানসম্মত স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার তৈরি করে ক্রেতার কাছে পরিবেশন করুক, নতুন নতুন রাইডের ব্যাবস্থা করা। এইসমস্ত ছোট খাটো সমস্যার সমাধান করলে বাকি সমস্যার হবে দেশের বিদেশি পর্যটক খরা। কিছুদিন আগে ময়মনসিংহের বাঁশবাড়ি কলোনির একটা নিউজ দেখলাম সেখানে দেশে বিদেশি পর্যটক আনা সম্ভব কারণ পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন এবং বিভিন্ন ফুল গাছ সহ ইত্যাদি গাছের কারণে তবে সেই ক্ষেত্রে আরো বড় পরিসরে করা প্রয়েজন এবং আরো সুযোগ সুবিধা করা হলে দেশি-বিদেশি পর্যটক আসবে এবং একটি কলোনি কিভাবে আয়ের উৎস হতে তা দেশের মানুষ সহ বিশ্বের সকল মানুষ দেখবে।
