If you have a serger (overlocker) start by sewing the circles together with right sides out using a rolled hem. Sew all the way around. Use a wooly nylon thread that is a nice contrast to the bag fabric. When you see the bag together the exposed curved edges will look like decorative piping and make the bag look very chic.
