From an owners perspective basically the new himalayan 450 is a do everything motorcycle. How well it does everything comes down to the riders skill. Unlike the MT450 the himalayan 450 is mostly steel hence the weight but its a Tank, meaning she is a solid motorbike that is built for longevity. The Sherpa engine is awesome and the gearbox is smooth as silk. Years in the making royal Enfield have done their homework. For the price and for what you get it's very good. 3-year warranty and 3 yrs onside road assist is also very nice. For offroad you will need more aggressive tyres for the dirt but the stock tyres are actually great for the road which is to be expected. Fuel economy is how you ride the himalayan 450 but I'm averaging between 400km to 450km which is excellent in my opinion. Eco mode definitely gets you further. I've ridden many bikes over the years from 1000cc road bikes to Harley's and with so many speed cameras now days where can you enjoy a bike that's built to go 300kmhr? So the himalayan 450 is perfect for me now and can literally take me anywhere. Cheers.
I just bought mine and am waiting for the paperwork to get in order. Its the hanle black tubeless, have you tried the range in ecomode? I would like to know that. Also i wonder if the tubeless weigh less, and if so how much. For the rest this brand and bike are really great for long and reliable fun
Just test ridden one and immediately ordered one, the exact same color as this one. The dealer surprised me with a free aluminum pannier set! I can’t wait to pick it up and start exploring Portugal!
I bought the 2025 Hymalayan 450 about a month ago from my local dealer. Got the Tan color and love it. It's my first Adv/Tour bike. I commute back and forth to work on local roads. I'm about to do my first adventure ride in Texas Hill Country. I absolutely love it so far. I was going to get a KLR, but im so glad i went with this bike. For the price point, it was a great buy, in my opinion. Note: You may need to update the software for the digital display to work with newer phones.
@kr03grunt ow okay, I know the Kaza Brown color. But I thought because of the Guerrilla 450 comes in a new color in 2025 thats why I thought and hoped there would be more colors available than the already available colors. I am still doubting which bike to buy next. This hima 450, a Honda CL500 or even a new scram 440 with a slightly improveved HP/torque but especially they added a 6th gear on it. Have had more than 26/27 motorcycle and my last was the meteor 350 which I liked a lot but it was just time to change🙂 so now trying to get to know as much as possible about eventually coming up colors and I thought you ment that it was going to be a new color. Thx for your reply🙏
Corrections: 1. Seat height is adjustable with 3 options - 845, 835, 825 mm. You can change the seat and go upto 805mm which is not standard. 2. Fuel Tank Capacity - 17 litres not 15 litres. 3. Suspension travel - 200 mm on front and back. * Not 180mm at the back* 4. Tubeless tires - Not standard option, they must be ordered seperately or customised during the order. 5. LED headlight is still bad - better to upgrade them or add 2 100W lights on the crashguard.
Yes this ADV Himalayan belong to the family of Royal Enfield and known to be built to lasting possession like a Gun and runs like a Bullet🎉❤! I love Royal Enfield Motorbikes and I owned one Classic 350CC Red Chrome. What a smooth ride and safety bike to maneuver. It looks gorgeous and very economical in fuel! Royal Enfield bikes are excellent and built for lasting!
Loved Philippine perspective on bike riders, learned new things. In india RE himalayan is called tractor that can run on highways. It is literally desined to climb off-road highland mountain trails in low oxygen environment. It's still 'slow' torkey bike that can go fast highway speed. People still prefer older version but new is better.
This is a bit thin compared to other adventure bike but it actually looks good. It's like having standard looking bike combined with adventure bike aesthetic.

Congratulations and you made a wise choice of your motorbike!❤
Hi, the Tan Color? Can you add a link to this color please!? I am curious to this color. Thx a lot🙏
@wimperelly well they actually call in Kaza Brown. It's a lite tan color.

My dream 1st bike
Loved the bit about crashing/lifting/stands. Watched tons of videos on this bike and your approach was novel. Thanks a lot!
The 450 MT vs Hima comparison is a 'fast' vs 'far' bike. One will go fast, the other will take you far away places a lot more comfortably.
I don't even own a motorcycle...but i enjoy watching your videos...lupit mo mag review sir jinno 😂👍

Loved the Hima! Hope it gets soon here in Brazil!

What a dream bike. We'll get it soon☝️
- A decent review though quite a few errors regarding the specs which is surprising.

Subbed for the comparison between this and the 450mt
YES! Comparo between Himalayan 450 and 450MT, make it happen!
@@martyn_g Thanks, yeah already seen it and entertaining too. I'm more interested on what's his take and how it does on our local roads.
Look for jao moto
@@Zipking20 Thanks, saw that too. Like I said, I want to hear Jinno's take between the Hima 450 and 450MT.
Been waiting for this bike be featured dito sa MD. Thanks Motodeal!
for the looks alone, its the hima for me
IT REALLY LOOKS GOOD... SO SO SO GOOD
Correction - Seat height - 805 - 825 mm/ 825 - 845 mm. Adjustable two seat options before touring seat.
You got some of the specs wrong, tank capacity, suspension travel and the set options.
Hope you can do a comparo of this, 450mt, and triumph 400 scrambler
For me the summary:
if i need 60:40 choose Himi
if i need only 70:30 choose MT
Wrong information shared about tank capacity, seat height. Also this new Himalayan is way beefier than the old one
Up for that comparo with MT and maybe another lightweight ADV that is highway legal
Look for jao moto for comparo
I want to you to ride goldwing and nt1100 to check the seat height lol
great.. test out the headlights in the day time and say it might be adequate..
And then drop it on the grass😅
They improved the bike a lot .. but looks matter .. they spoiled it ..
Present Sir Jinno 🙋
Ang taas naman. Alanganin Yan sa mga maliliit na tao
Edi wag sila bumili kung hindi nila abot. Problem solved. Adventure bike nga e
Bro got 0% specification correct 🤣
First!
17 litters.. 😑
This video has soo much misinformation I was like I’m not gonna go and finish the video 😂
walang tumamang specs bro 🤣🤣🤣
Himmy is better bike
