Billy Brown has one of the prettiest voices of all time...bar none;male,female,cat,dog,whatever!! And at 70 he still has it!! Billy Brown is a baaaaad man!! And Willie,you're right...he should have been in the Hall of Fame like yesterday...along with the Moments!!
