Glacier National Park - 3 day backpacking trip: Lake Bowman, Brown Pass, Lake Frances, Goat Haunt

This started out as a 5 day hike from Lake Bowman Trailhead to Goat Haunt Station at the Canadian border. The was cut short due to weather conditions, but we still covered all the miles. Highlights you’ll see are: Bowman Head Campsite, Brown Pass, crossing the Continental Divide, Hawksbill Camp, Lake Frances, and the Waterton Cruise from Goat Haunt to Waterton Lakes, AB at the end. If you plan this hike, bring your passport, good rain gear and an extra change of warm dry socks.

Great video. Was Hole in the Wall on the agenda? I hope to see it one day. Thinking of doing a day hike from Goat Haunt to Lake Frances and back this summer (early September). I am curious your thoughts on that. It looks like we would have about 6 hours total for the hike given the boat arrival and departure times. I think from a fitness standpoint, it seems doable but love hearing input from someone who has hiked that section.
