Jagmeet Singh calls for an end to outsourcing Veterans services to Loblaws

The Liberal government has given $560 million to a company owned by Loblaws to deliver services for Veterans. The services are not adequate, they are not meeting the needs of Veterans, and its clear the contract isn't doing what is necessary to provide Veterans with the dignity and respect they deserve. Will the government admit this contract is botched, is failing Veterans, and just cancel it?
