New suite aimed at enhancing patient diagnosis officially inaugurated at St. Bernard's Hospital

A suite that's hoped will improve patient diagnosis on the Rock has opened at St. Bernard's Hospital. The Fluoroscopy Suite was officially inaugurated today. The new equipment uses radiological techniques to collect high quality videos.
The suite is part of the Radiology department and will particularly assist with gastrointestinal, gynaecological and urological procedures. The GHA says the repatriated service will improve the overall patient experience.
£650,000 has been invested into the creation of the suite.
Shelina Assomull spoke to the Minister for Health about the investment, but first to the Director General about who it will help.
