When he's running through the middle of Stockholm at 150 km/h I really do get nervous. On the highways fine, but it's sooooo easy for someone to just come out of nowhere get hit. I enjoy the highway videos but this is too dangerous for other people.

It’s far from perfect, it’s actually quite poor, plenty of potholes in different areas of Stockholm. Highway roads are getting older and needs refresh but there’s no money for this. Night and day with roads of Netherlands. I drive on these roads everyday.

The revenue from this is not spent on maintaining our poor roads. Definitely average at the moment compared to other Western Europe countries. Trafikverket have lowered the average speed this year on many roads around the country with the motivation of safety but anyone with insight knows it’s the low budget and the inability to upgrade and refresh roads.

Not even which route to take, but how fast he can hit certain corners without spinning or understeering into a pole like most of us have done in video games (e.g beam.ng, assetto, even arcade games etc) this guy takes it to the next level. This guy isn't that good of a driver. The way he holds the wheel is like hes driving a truck. When coming out of the corners he instantly gives full gas spning op his tyres but everyone sais like good river great driver. Its a great car not a great driver, the car is realy forgiving and alows for mistakes, it corrects itself easly. for example 14:45 , hes coming out of the corner, masive understeer. He just turns the wheel harder and keeps on stomping the gas. Nearly goes wrong too

Thats the reason why in my oppinion ( I might be wrong) he is just a reckless driver not an actual good one. I follow a couple of instructors, racers, etc. in these scenarios they also remain calm but they try to get the car out of the understeer either with less throttle or smaller angle input on the steering wheel but this mad lad is just keeping it there like he is fine sliding into the concrete wall....

Actually there was 3 times I think where the police started to "chase" (turned on blue lights and flashed the high beams) just to be never seen again seconds later, not much of a chase as they has no chance to even get up to speed before it was gone...
Finally old good taxi is back, poor guy is working hard to earn money for a family and to keep the car up to best spec. Ebay chip tuning with relay hack, no lag boosts all the time. Other colleagues should be ashamed of themselves... this is a real taxi, when I will visit Stockholm I will chose this taxi and I will give a big tip for a hard work 💪

Which with the in cabin footage of the driver and the woman led me to believe this was a mashup of real world driving and video game footage....just seemed set up for a little while...once my ears recognised the blow off noise as blow off of and not tyres screeching this became so much more real and immersive...serious driver here
What you want is the VW Golf R estate runs 296bhp as standard Stage 1 remap upto 364bhp stage 2 software upgrade requires a decat/race cat or, if installed, an OPF delete. Boost is capped at 1.6 bar for reliability of the IS38 turbo and the DSG gearbox requires a remap also. We don’t recommend this for manual transmissions unless there is an uprated clutch installed. That’s then 384bhp stage 3 requires a hybrid turbo to be installed. The power output of this stage is purely dependant on what hybrid turbo and supporting mods are fitted. The example given is a LITTCO L380x turbo which can be installed with just an uprated exhaust. We can calibrate 4 bar MAP sensors for applications running over 2 bar-boost along with any other supporting mods fitted. We have a Golf R with TTE555 turbo which we race with over 500bhp so we understand these EA888 engines very well. You would run 430bhp so yeah I believe it’s this model not a Passat

And for the hardware, you need hybrid turbo, turbo inlet and outlet, turbo muffler delete, intake, downpipe, intercooler and a performance fuel pump. Add a stage 3 software and you're good to go😂

It's turbo flutter, not blowoff. It's when the air bounces back into the turbo instead of being let out through the blowoff valve. Potentially harmful to the turbo. I like the sound though :)

What you want is the VW Golf R estate runs 296bhp as standard
Stage 1 remap upto 364bhp
stage 2 software upgrade requires a decat/race cat or, if installed, an OPF delete. Boost is capped at 1.6 bar for reliability of the IS38 turbo and the DSG gearbox requires a remap also. We don’t recommend this for manual transmissions unless there is an uprated clutch installed. That’s then 384bhp
stage 3 requires a hybrid turbo to be installed. The power output of this stage is purely dependant on what hybrid turbo and supporting mods are fitted. The example given is a LITTCO L380x turbo which can be installed with just an uprated exhaust. We can calibrate 4 bar MAP sensors for applications running over 2 bar-boost along with any other supporting mods fitted. We have a Golf R with TTE555 turbo which we race with over 500bhp so we understand these EA888 engines very well.
You would run 430bhp so yeah I believe it’s this model not a Passat
The GTR model of the Passat has the same engine as in the Golf R. Its not sold in all countries so alot of people dont know about it.

@@TheTankCrew Holy f... Stage 3 2.0... While remarkable, I'd imagine it's highly unstable and needs top spec mods/maintenance to keep it running.
@@GmanDaGlitcha The EA888 is very stable and doesn't need top spec mods for Stage 3. The DSG gearbox for example only needs software. And for the hardware, you need hybrid turbo, turbo inlet and outlet, turbo muffler delete, intake, downpipe, intercooler and a performance fuel pump. Add a stage 3 software and you're good to go😂

It's turbo flutter, not blowoff. It's when the air bounces back into the turbo instead of being let out through the blowoff valve. Potentially harmful to the turbo. I like the sound though :)
