Up in New England, Maine in particular if you could do an aerial video of a typical town after a good snowfall you would see all the snowplows in action all across town. It’s like a bunch of ants all jumping into action and within an hour or so they are all done. Ready for the next snow. For Mainers driving a snowplow is second nature, a source of winter income for most of the drivers. Unlike areas that seem to come to a dead halt the moment the snow falls. Ski resorts are similar but not on the scale of The New England states. A time lapse video would be fun to watch.
A buddy of mine (here in NH) used to do plowing as a side-job with his pickup truck... some residential, and some business. He made great money during a storm, but did complain about how tired you get doing it all night long.
That's the way to move snow! v-plow on a loader with a heated, enclosed cab. I'm in upstate NY and winters here now are nowhere near what they were when I was growing up.
Otsego county has enjoyed mild winters for the past few years. I bought a new $1,300 snowblower and haven't needed it to use it but maybe once since. Oh please.. no need to thank me! I should have bought a $70,000 truck and plow, if I did we would be needing sunblock and mowing the lawn.lol
A quality snow guys has the equipment to handle any storm but you shouldn’t let him pile at the base of those trees if your interested in keeping them healthy. 👍👊🏻☮
For driveways pickup trucks with a plow no more than 8' wide are pretty typical. Machinery like this makes very quick and easy work of it! Anyone who has done plowing watches this type of equipment and says "Hell yea!"

There is something soothing about watching snow being plowed. Thank you for sharing. Stay warm.

When you mention to your beautiful bride that you’re going to buy “a little skid steer” to handle the driveway this year. 😂😎
Now this is a guy who means business, I like it.
Real nice setup
@@davidbulich1254 it is a very nice setup. We are very fortunate to have him as our plow guy.
Nicely done!
Thank you! Cheers!

You’re telling me! The winters here in Maine are getting more mild, but the snow is still heavy.
I live in upstate ny also and I can't complain about the winter either lol yeah just got 2 1/2 feet.
Chautauqua county ny here we are getting hammered where y’all live in ny and not
@ Dutchess County…. So far we have evaded any major snow this winter.

That is what you need! Hopefully he also does gravel too and gives you a good deal after mud season!
Now that's how it's done- easy peazy!
He does a great job! In and out in a jiffy!
South Floridian here and the thought of needing Mr Plow is terrifying
I want him as my neighbor.
Great local guy to know for sure!
Job well done
Our plow guy knows how to get the job done!
It’s what I use for a private airport . Certainly makes quick work of a driveway lol😂😂
@@glennwilson6249Nice! An airport?! Now that’s impressive!
Nice to see a Volvo doing what they do best. 👍🇸🇪

Is he near Clifton Maine I know a guy who may need someone to plow a business
We are in Embden, Maine. I believe Clifton is more near Bangor.
Nice video, I used to live in Madison. Water skies on Emblem pond.
If your going to get someone to clear snow isn't this the typical way of doing it, I don't get the video?

time is $
Yes it is! He’s in and out in a jiffy!
Sure runs quiet! Is it a Tesla? lol
A $350,000 loader, breakdowns cost thousands to fix, and liability insurance , registration and fuel
Hard to justify the expense
Maybe that's why the machine is out making money year round, you know, to justify owning and operating it.
Tax write-off
Should have called me, 10$ shovel by hand.
With only 2 or 3 inches of snow, even a child could make it vanish!!!
That is a child operating the machine.
oh silly strangers!
@@lesterpittenger5992He’s actually 12 years old
The reason no one lives there
That was so many wasted movements 😂
We think his services are worth the wasted movements 😂
Yes, because a keyboard warrior could have plowed that in one grand swoop and be off to the next driveway.
Yes good service he's learning just wasted movements as of right now
"don't play"? Y'all ain't teached correct English in Maine neether. Wtf 😂
