Aw yes. The notification bell hits and boom we arrive. Just bunch of Steve’s on the tidal wave of life. I don’t think people realise the power and happiness you gain from being a Steve. From all walks of life far around the globe we all come together with mutual love and respect for the wise words from poppa Steve. Some of us were lost before we got here, others have been on the ship of growth for many years, one thing is for certain, when life gets crazy, you gotta Remember to keep being you, Ocean Steve.
Can fully attest to the fellas point about breathing. Playing goalie, one of the most stressful, difficult positions in all of sports. Halfway thru our season, I started focusing on my breathing just because I needed to find ways to relax and remain composed on the ice. Little did I know it would make me feel like I’m playing the best hockey of my life. Everything said in that 15 minute conversation is completely true. Good stuff, keep it up Steve’s

Love the podcast. Something for improvement could be adding timestamps for each change of conversation. I.e, jump to 5m to hear discussion about spirituality and manifesting your goals. Jump to x minutes to hear about xyz
