It is the best of the dinosaur related exhibitions in Outback Queensland. You must come prepared to fight off the flies that are invasive and persistent. Insect repellant works partially but the flies love getting into your ear holes. I had to dig some of these pests out of my ears. The best suggestion is to wear a broad brim hat and purchase a net to go over the hat and head. Yes it does hinder you viewing of the outside exhibits but you don’t have to engage in doing the “Aussie Salute” all of the time. Watch the participants in the outside shots to see what I mean.

I went to Winton for a camp it was great went on the helicopter its was fun 😊👍🏾
