We only do fitment videos that can be done at home. The digital dash is a retrofit that is not as simple as just plugging it in and its done. This requires activations to be carried out using special tools and software. We have done loads of these as we have the tools so if you are interested get in contact and we can sort you out.
Where the side steps a genuine LR part - only reason I ask is that I thought genuine steps were only available with a silver/grey colour to the step edge?
These were not Land Rover Genuine, and you are correct in that Land Rover did not do black side steps however now they have decided to start producing them and we have genuine black side steps, aftermarket ones as well as genuine deployable side steps all in stock.
Did you Change the Dash Facia Light Grey Cross Bar for a Darker Grey ?? Did you Change the Steering Wheel Light Grey for Dark Grey ? Whats the cost for this update please ?
Love some of these upgrades/mods.... One (silly) question for you though: Do you know of any way of modding the centre console between the seats, so that the front half is blanked out (like the wlkthrough option), and just the armrest section remains. I ask, because I have quite big thighs and like to spread out on my seat, and wondered if there's any way of getting more leg room...?? 😃
For ALL of our retrofits, to avoid voiding the customers warranty we only ever use genuine Land Rover parts therefore in this case instead of other aftermarket options that are available we use the meridian sound system as they are under warranty. Out of curiosity what watts have you got on your spec build?

I thought id found a solution to the poor quality meridian sounds for my new Defender due November until i realised you are using meridian speakers 😫

did you need to add a subwoofer as well?
No you do not, unless you have a very low spec of only 200 watts speakers then you would need to upgrade the subwoofer which is under the seats.
