I think the music videos message is basically using high-art or “fine art” as a metaphor for how people think of love. Fine art can make people question what art is, and thus maybe the idea of true love can make people question what Love is. That could also be the reason why the hook asks what Love is, if the couple is in love, and what kind of person they are, because the type of person they are might determine what they think of love, or metaphorically how different people in the music video think of what art is/what art is worth buying/taking pictures of!
