How to clean bamboo bottle... As I'm currently using it but facing problem like smell from water , fungus in the bottle.. so want to know how to clean thoroughly
take a mixture of 3/4 vinegar and 1/4 lemon juice put the solution in the bottle along with a pinch of turmeric and as a final step put 1 tbsp (tablespoon ) of Baking soda and then pour it out and let it sun dry for 2 hours repeat this step at least once in 3 months The cleansers I mentioned above are 100% natural and easy to procure and yet more effective than the chemical ones Well I just want to share another important note, that bamboo should be used during day time during night time it must be dried, its best to use copper bottle or jugs overnight and the bamboo bottle should resting dry during nights to prolong its life and prevent from bacterial and fungal infections...
The bamboo bottles you are making cannot be categorised as an eco-friendly product because its useless to cut lush green bamboo tress and as well as non economic to cover the copper bottles with bamboos where there is no need of it , copper bottles can be used ordinarily. This product is just an idea of a design using bamboo and nothing else. Its just helps to development and improve the financial condition of tribal industries.
Metel react with anything in this case it's it's with bamboo wood so the bamboo and copper properties will me leached into each other and then in water... So I think it's very good product.
