I also wanted to ask who you use for photo editing
Fotober in Vietnam! I edit my own exteriors
@@reallyjordanhorn ok thanks! I’ve been using BEEPec and I thought they were great until I see yours. Now I’m thinking I might need to try out Fotober lol
What do you think of sony 16-25 f2.8 G lens. Is it worth it to buy for real estate videography and photography.
I think so! If it’s anything like the 16-35mm g master, but just not quite as zoomed, I think it could be good value. Maybe I’ll buy one to test out and make a video on. Thanks for watching!
@@reallyjordanhorn thank you for your reply. It would be great to see the review of it.
Thank you for the video. How much did you sell the 5D mark 3 for?
Thanks for watching! A student of mine purchased my 5D and the Sigma 12-24mm for $1000 total. Gave him a deal. Lens would be around $750 and the camera I’ve seen sold for roughly $500 still
@@reallyjordanhorn your student got a great deal.
He also threw in the 50mm stock Canon lens, 4 batteries, 2 charges and some sweet shirts as bubble wrap lol. I'm loving this equipment so far, huge upgrade from what I was using.

I’m rocking a GH5. Wanted it for video stuff before I got in to real estate stuff. Is MFT a little bit of a handicap when it comes to real estate? Yes. Can you overcome it? Of course! Soooo I’m in the “It’s good enough” category but it pays! 😎
I used a GH5 mark 2 for a bit! Pair it with a 7-14 or 8-18 and you’re golden 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
@@reallyjordanhorn Right now I'm mainly using it with a 12mm 2.0 but I don't think it's the lens my clients care about. It's my soft skills. Treating them like human beings and being attentive to their needs has gotten me much further in business than just delivering a few crispy photos.
That video looks amazing! Was it shot in S-log?
The reference video to show the quality? Yes! ZV-E1 + 16-35mm f2.8 g master, slog3, +1.7 over exposed, film emulation LUT with saturation at 100%
Thanks :-) I love the way it turned out
@@reallyjordanhorn yea the reference video. Sorry should have clarified. Ok sweet. Looks really great. I’ve still not shot my first interior for a client yet, but I’ve been practicing with C-log 3 and trying to get my gimbal movements down.
I wanna pickup ZV E1 because my A7 IV has a 4k crop so I have to use 9/10mm APSC lenses. Anyway, have you seen that new 16-24mm 2.8 sony? It's sharper than 16-35mm 2.8 G master mk1 but I am worried how straight the verticals are for real estate video, I haven't seen anyone in RE use it yet.
ZVE1 all day. My A7iv just came in the mail today but that’s mainly for photos.
I have heard of the 16-24mm, but I haven’t had any hands on time yet. Hard to imagine something sharper than the 16-35mm haha
@@reallyjordanhorn yeah I know, but it is. It’s comparable to 16-35 2.8 mk 2. Actually both 16-35 f4 PZ and 16-24 2.6 G are comparable to mark 2, and sharper than mk 1, while being fraction of the cost. Thats why I was very intrigued
Hey Jordan, I’m thinking of the tamron 17-28 mm. I’m hearing from some it’s not wide enough & from others that it’s plenty. Any advice?
I think it’s too narrow. I’ve had a couple different 12-24mm and those were handy, but now I use the 16-35mm. I would not go any narrower than 16. I’ve heard good things about the tamron, but I personally would grab another lens, like a 14mm prime to have handy just in case.
@@reallyjordanhornany suggestions on a good 14 mm prime? I already have a 28-75 f2.8 for detail shots, just need a wide angle to start shooting. I appreciate your replies! I’m new to this
@@EddieCastilloMedia honestly the Samyang I go over in this video is a great option. I still have mine for sale if you want it haha. DM me on insta if so @reallyjordanhorn
