This helped me learn how to get better. I’ve always had a hard time trying to vertical but from seeing this video I knew I was doing it wrong. I copied your movements and I actually learned how to vertical. thank you!
it is very shaky, but i can help, if you are on quest 2, go to settings, experimental, then at the bottom it should say like advanced camera setttings and turn it on, then go back to settings and go to system, then go to camera, and go down until you see image stabilization and change that to medium.

Use 90 FOV and 2-3 Near clip and 11 smooth it’s the best camera settings if u look at Mid branching clip on my channel that what it looks like trust me it’s better
