I feel like they did Warspite and Queen Elizabeth dirty with their portayal. I mean, other faction leaders, most of them, are at least adults or look like one. Now, there's Nagato. BUT. In game dialogue did seem to confirm Yamato exists, who'd be the lead ship of her class with her sisters Musashi and Shinano, who look very much adults. Edit: In game dialogue said by Nagato also hints at her having passed leadership to Yamato.
