Amazing video. I did my usual workout, and then this (for the first time) and everything just feels so much more loose and warm. I love how you show modifications for most of the exercises, because I definitely needed "beginner" versions. (Way too many "beginner" stretching videos start off with the instructor bending into a pretzel and asking you to follow along).
I'm back again after being mostly a lump through the second half of my fall semester. 😂 This is still my favorite stretching routine after a workout - it just feels so thorough. I basically have it memorized but I will play the video when I can, so you get more views! Thanks again!

Wow! I started dynamic and static streatching with you along with taking Move Free Ultra, and I became pain free. I was so pain free that I didn't think I needed you guys any more lol. Well I do. I had stopped for about two months. I was scared. So, I started again almost two weeks ago and I am 95% percent pain freeeeeeee! Thank you so much for being here :)

thank you for this. woke up at 5 this morning went for my 1st running (in the neighbourhood) in 5 years.it was short but it s only a 1st.. I needed soft after workout stretching to prevent cramps later on as my 45 yo body 's all rusty never knew about you but your exercises are very easy to follow, was feeling my muscles stretching and I am a PRE-beginner lol
when I first started doing this cool down video after my workouts, I couldn't even reach all the way across to grab my right elbow for the rotator cuff stretch. Now I can do it with ease. Thanks Coach.

This was fantastic after that 35 minute strength training (yours with Claudia) I did yesterday. I was crying because glutes so sore. I guess those lunges and single leg squat got me!

*When I first started doing your old cool down:* I could barely clasp my hands around my knees to do the figure 4 stretch. *A month or two later (of HASFit warm ups, workouts and cool downs):* I could clasp knees with ease. ^_^

This is a fun cool down routine! I do struggle with some discomfort during the stretches on the ground though, particularly the ones where I'm laying on my back. The discomfort is at the points on my body that are on the ground, rather than in the areas of the stretches themselves. Would getting some sort of mat help with this, do you think?
