  • Grilled Chicken Posto Curry
    Chicken Marination Process:
    -To a bowl, add below ingredients
    Chicken - 500gms
    Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
    Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
    -Mix all ingredients well and marinate for atleast 30mins
    -To a grilling pan, add 2 tbsp of mustard oil
    -Place the marinated chicken on grilling pan
    -Cook until side of chicken is grilled well
    -Flip and grill the other side as well
    -Grill until 80% done
    -Keep the grilled chicken aside
    Masala preparation:
    To a tadka pan , add below ingredients
    Poppy seeds - 2 tsp
    Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
    Cumin - 1 tsp
    Cardamom- 3
    Cinnamon- 1
    -Heat in low flame for 30-40 seconds
    -Cool it and transfer to blending jar
    -Add 1/2 cup of curd
    -Blend to make a smooth paste
    Cooking process:
    -To a Kadhai , add 1 tbsp of mustard oil
    -Add 1 finely chopped onion
    -Sauté for a minute
    -Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
    -Add 1 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder
    -Mix well and cook until onions turns light brown in colour
    -Add the prepared masala
    -Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins in low to medium flame
    -Add lukewarm water to Kadhai as per required gravy consistency
    -After gravy starts to boil, add grilled chicken and 1/2 cup of fresh cream
    -Mix it well and cover and cover until chicken gets completely cooked
    -Add salt to taste and 1 tsp of Kasturi methi
    -Mix well and garnish with coriander leaf
    -Serve hot with roti, paratha or rice
