I almost didn't do my workout today because I'm so sore and didnt want to get up. Had no motivation. Opened YT and this is the first thing that popped up on my recommendation. Groaned really loud but got the workout done. 😂😂

I just want to say that this video pertains to my life more than anyone knows. My track season has been delayed and cancelled and just last week, it’s been delayed again. It’s my senior year and I’ve never stopped working and I still am today. I just want to say that this video is helping me because I’ve tried so hard and this year is not helping me. I feel this year has made me a lion.
