I would recommend using a forwarder, so they'll deliver it to a US based address and deliver them straight to you when it reaches your forwarder's warehouse 🙂
Well, where I live near Vancouver, Canada, all the Michael's stores around my area have been out of sticker books and planners for months. We've literally not had any of the new releases for about a year now. Very frustrating, as I have had to order directly from HP, and with shipping/duty/money exchange rate, it's been very expensive. They actually removed the whole planner isle for a while :( It's back now but very sparse.
I also bought 2 of this sticker book. Have you seen the planner that has the same florals as the sticker book? It is also at Michaels; it's called Bright Blooms and the classic has a dashboard layout. It's also beautiful and I'm debating about buying it for my next year's planner.

Some of them remind me of the Mickey and Minnie florals just with out Mickey and Minnie
