Here's a quite rare Russian PPSH-41 with an adjustable rear sight, produced in 1941 - the first year of serial production. Many of the early production guns were destroyed during WW2, but this one made it through the war and even retained its original finish.

Huh…was expecting the rounds to rattle inside the drum magazine. Guess the Finns done something right when designing the drum magazines for their Suomi KP-31.
