See, she's the one who revealed herself (she's guilty). She gave people the idea that the members are talking about her. If she didn't react like a guilty party, nobody will have an idea what are those TWEETS all about.
Everyone is saying T-ara was also to BLAME, but there's one member who is major to be blame. If only she's not lazy enough, or didn't lie anything the members won't be upset. NO TWEETS will happen (even then, the TWEETS AIN'T THAT BAD AT ALL) they're upset of course, but nobody will know what were the members were talking about until HWAYOUNG exposed herself.
YES CCM(MBK) is everything about to blame, but Hwayoung played her part to be blame. T-ara paid 5 years of their career for those TWEETS people talking they responsible for. They lost their Korean Career, they lost a lot of money, good image, reputation and above all THEY LOST THEMSELVES! (Just because of those TWEETS?) Then think again, were those TWEETS really that harmful for them to suffer for 5 years?
Blame it all to the members who 'caused the problem, and that's Hwayoung! And of course as you said, CCM/MBK!

This is what T-ara had to go through for the last 5 years, comeback at me when this happens to your favs, otherwise don't even compare T-ara's hardships to every idol group
1. More than 200,000 Korean netizens signed the petition for T-ara to disband in 2012
2. T-ara received more than 1,000+ death threats a day on their fancafe 3.T-ara was cursed at by the audience at Dream Concert in 2013, audience was screaming for them to get offstage 4. Staffs made T-ara stand for almost an hour while other idols were sitting down during an end year award show 5. When Soyeon got into an accident, netizens said she was better off dead and congratulated her on her accident
6, Eunjunggotstripped off her first huge lead role
7. T-ara were dropped by more than 10 cf deals 8. Jiyeon was treated rudely by a staff, she was standing on the stairs and almost fell because a staff stomped the stairstelling her to get down when she could've just tapped her or called her down.
9. During one of their performances for Sexy Love, fans shouted Hwayoung's name and called T-arabullies
10, T-ara was ostracized by their own country 11. T-Jinyo, a T-ara anti fanclub had more than 400,000 members. That's the biggest fancafe any group can have.
