The customer suggested pushing all the way out, but Ollie said you don't want to do that mate. And then when he suggested it again, Ollie says that's a bloody good idea, and got it out. 😂😂
I can't stand customers telling me how to do things. And as soon as he says he doesn't need to stand over there to see the camera, he leans over to see the camera. You handled it masterfully.

I swear, once I have enough savings after the usual taxes, bills and family support…. I am going to create and copy right an invention that clamps items from a drain just as a Dr. would during surgery. And then I will give Ollie And Bruce (From drain cleaning Australia) all the clamps they need, not to mention a recurring deposit of royalties for their kids. Far out I know… but it’s nice to dream every now and then. ❤️
