Michael would visit them in hospitals bring them gifts, make them smile (just by showing up), play with them, laugh with them, stand up for them. No wonder Michael could be his "true-self" around kids...they were the only ones who didn't treat him like sh*t and saw his as a person. Such a beautiful kind-hearted man.
