I have my E46 M3 running Alpha N with a Karbonious airbox and it drives fine. Fuel consumption isn’t great but that’s probably my heavy right foot! I did an Alps trip this year in it and all was well with it.

Could it be the ecu learning the throttleposition after switching the airbox? Had it on mine after taking out the throttle body and cleaning it. Lasted a few hundred miles.
I also has this, but on my civic 1.8 following cleaning the inlet and pushing the throttle open with my fingers. Kept on stuttering and stalling a low speeds. Needed to reset it with diag tool, and it perfect afterwards.

350hp looks to be a great score with only a CSL airbox and everything else stock. Can't wait to watch the Nürburgring videos.
I had partial throttle issues, same airbox and map setup as you. I changed both throttle position sensors and it fixed it. Worth a try Dan 👍🏽

@@dannyDC2 I had mine fitted at Hack engineering and that’s what they recommended. I need to find someone who can map it.
