The u-20 team would have been absolutely violated if it wasn't for Sae. It's safe to assume Sae is going to force Oliver to swap out "star player" for Shidou for the second half.
@theonetruehavik Blue Lock Season 2: where physics takes a backseat and logic calls in sick. Honestly, it feels like the animators sat down and said, “Let’s make it *impossible* for anyone still trying to defend the animation.” Season 2 isn’t just low-budget-it’s anti-budget. From PowerPoint-tier slideshows to frames that make you question gravity, anatomy, and even your own eyesight, they’ve truly created a masterpiece of chaos. Bravo, Blue Lock. Bravo.
What Rin did was a trivela... In the moment as I was appreciating Aiku's defending my football brain kept screaming "Trivela Rin, Trivela" Then he hit it!!!! Basically , use the outside of your foot with so much power so that it spins in a curl, out to in. Look up Luka Modric, he loves trivelas but he does that shit in the midfield, so like as a pass. It's possible, real football shit.
Shidou looks happy as hell and I know why; Cause he sees how trash U-20 offense is and knows he's getting in lmao. That "star striker" of theirs's couldn't score a goal against Blue Lock Man, I swear. Not helping that both the Itoshi brothers are constantly bothering him, but these guys can't even get up the field without Sae doing all the work.
This is obviously wrong. He thought he'd limited Rin's accuracy. First by thinking he might force Rin to use his left foot, but he did not account for the fact that Rin was baiting him, and that he had the skills to carry out one with the outside of his right foot. That takes skill, way more skill than Aiku has or can account for, and that's why he was surprised.
@@Kerxshi First, I was simply clowning the show about soccer for having a player that looked absolutely dumbfounded that someone else could possibly trivela. Second, Rin baited absolutely nothing. His actual bait with Isagi failed. He improvised when Aiku cut off his primary plan. Aiku (someome with an offer or offers to play in Europe) for no logical reason, was baffled at someone using the outside of their foot to shoot as if it had never been done in history. The only logical argument you can make is that he underestimated Rin, but my joke still stands because Aiku was utterly flabbergasted which is weird even if he had underestimated Rin.
@TheSilenthvok If you watched the episode and saw Isagi's monologue after Rin did his goal, he said it was genuis. Isagi himself said that Rin made that movement to draw him in so that Aiku wouldn't suspect anything and made the goal. I'm tired of people invalidating Rin's efforts, have a nice day and pay more attention.
@@Kerxshi Rin's expression when Aiku didn't get baited was one of surprise. Isagi's thoughts are entirely irrelevant. Nowhere did I invalidate Rin's efforts (he's not even real, relax). Trivelas are my favorite type of goal, I know well how difficult they are.
@TheSilenthvok Rin made a second movement. Again, I don't think you understand me. And Isagi's monologues are relevant because he's literally the main character. Isagi while being bait was not the actual bait in this sense. It was Rin moving in the direction that Aiku believed he'd cornered Rin into. It's all there in the episode regardless of if you believe me or not. Have a great day.
4:06 I love how Ego explains things, he says stuff that is common sense but in a cool way. 12:00 like how Oliver is now putting some respect on blue lock name, cause he realized these aren't some kids they could bully around. 17:24 WOOO TALK ABOUT A GLAM BLOCK. 20:04-20:23 honestly, cause these "insults" are painful lmao, take 8:37 for example. RIP U-20 striker cause it's not even his fault he is getting blocked at every corner lol
Because I watch anime, I got a theory that I just thought of before the next ep comes out, but I feel like Sae is setting up the U-20 striker to fail. Sae made it clear he wanted to play with that crazy guy, so making it seem like the U-20 striker can't keep up wouldn't be that hard to do, and given how the match is going, Sae is in the perfect position to say "see, your striker is holding us back, he can't match my level, but my striker can"
facts I think it's only cringe/corny in english cuz the anime subtitles butcher some of the words so they might just sound better in the japanese language
anime is better than manga for real, you get ost, VA and the final blow, COLOR even though the animation is not good, but the art is really good, with all the above
Unfortunately people only wanna point out the flaws rather than appreciate the rest of the effort like can you not hear the voice actors giving it their all to fit the scene or the OST popping off when it counts
