I think you'd have a fun time doing this one from Ys VIII th-cam.com/video/dNgph1g422Q/w-d-xo.html But if you want a challenge, how about the winter theme from Harvest Moon SNES th-cam.com/video/DcUn7mzk6WE/w-d-xo.html
Still baffled how you managed to get this one out so quickly! Absolutely loved the proggy goodness in this one! I think most covers seem to do a softer arrangement, so the shredding and sick riffs was really nice to here!
This is insanely good. Dude tossed it over to the theater and boy oh boy it just jumped to life. I don't know what you do differently on your lower frequency but man my subs kicked in and once again I was off
Thank you! Part of it is certainly using an eight string guitar, the two extra strings reach far lower... As a result, I tune my bass guitar down and tried to emphasize that growly rumble!
NGL, I can't stop listening to your covers lol. They have this heaviness that I just love. Thank god I saw you with Husky. Otherwise I don't think TH-cam would've recommended you to me. Much love man!
Holy moly, even just the first 5 seconds were all I needed to know this was gonna be a smash! 💥 I haven’t heard this song before, but I don’t even need to know the original to know you did this song justice! Epic cover, Ro - both musically & visually!! 🔥
Nice, really interesting take on this classic! This is one of my most memorable VGM tracks from my childhood, so I always like to hear talented artists put their own spin on it. Great work on this!
What VGM Classic should I cover? Another Final Fantasy song?
Port Of Adia would a great metal cover.

Yes, the Culex battle from my favorite FF game, Super Mario RPG. Haha. Nice playing btw
Some Terranigma would be rad! th-cam.com/video/wmam5XvsNnQ/w-d-xo.html
Well done. One thing in particular that stood out to me was the tasteful use of thumping
Thanks for noticing! It's a technique I've tried to work into more of my music without it being the core of it
YOU FINALLY DID IT! So glad you got around to covering 'my' theme heh~ This was really well done! Love the lighting as usual!
This track always brings me to tears and now I'm headbanging and crying. Well done, sir!
never thought I would hear this song played in this style or that it would so good loving it my dude
Thank you!! FF6 is inspired quite a bit by progressive rock music, but either way that's just my favorite approach to music in general!
@@RoPanuganti good to hear I'm going to enjoy your videos
A beautiful take on that very emblematic theme :)
Still baffled how you managed to get this one out so quickly!

Thanks dude! Lot of simplifying my process helped get things cleaner for me this round. Very ready to do more like this!
This is how its done!!!
This is so cool, brings back so many fond memories :)
I really liked the mix of rock and clean parts in there! Nice contrast!
Thanks Gab! This is starting to be a signature style of arranging for progressive metal I think!
Bro... I know I say this all the time. But your guitar tones are just unreal....
And yes the song slaps!
Every time it means a ton to me, guitar sound and mix is where it's all at friendo!
Wooooow this is sweet! Your guitar really soars on the melody to this tune!
Thank you!!! Melody driven leads are my favorite to play, FF is such a good series for it!
Hi Ro, awesome cover! Some really nostalgic tunes in FF6 so great some love for them. Well done man :)
Thank you!!

@@RoPanuganti well it worked so your theory was correct

Thank you!! I've been around for 10+ years so hopefully you enjoy all the heavy stuff we got here!
@@RoPanuganti Oh trust me, I've been listening while I work from home. Keep em coming! :D

Thanks so much! Really starting out with a bang is a lot more fun for these big anthem covers!
Nicely done Ro, as ever keep up the good work.
Wow, this is epic!
Thank you!!!
This sounds so wonderfully massive with the 8 string. Fantastic cover Ro!
Thanks Hemi!! Massive sounds are what I aim for!
Damn, this is awesome! I love these rhythm guitar parts so much!
Duude thank you! I'm glad to hear that from another 8 string player especially \m/

absolutely sick track!
Thanks man! It's SUCH an iconic game and track, I'm so amazed I hadn't covered it yet.
