There is an entire build that has been circulating around the community for quite some time ever since the release of Ghosts of the Deep, and it's hailed the "highest DPS setup" for hunters. The build involves shooting 10 Cold Comfort rockets in a row, without reloading.
@@longps9528 The only hunter DPS setup I remember hearing about during deep was the YAS build Now I'm really surprised because it's not like I don't watch Destiny videos, I do, but when it comes to damage all I really see if Warlocks and Titans
@@mercury9060no each time you are able to damage him that's one phase. each floor has it's own damage phase. otherwise damage phases wouldn't be called damage phases. they'd be called damage floors.

it's had a few buffs. First off, instead of instantly reverting to original fire rate when you reload or get a kill, you get a small grace period so that you can maintain the fire rate while doing dps or killing multiple ads. It's also gotten some seasonal buffage due to the artifact perks. Finally, it still has original kill clip as part of its exotic perk, so you get 50% bonus damage on a kill+reload.
I think this wont be possible in the future because rn solar hunter and strand titan is just totally op and glitched and that will probably be fixed soon
@@arxie9474 Celestial nighthawk is definetly bugged rn and even if Banner of War titan is not that easy to execute it is an unfair advantage to other classes so they will nerf it
how is nighthawk bugged? they buffed it, and the only bug I can think of is maybe the kinetic surge mods are working to boost GG damage again (haven't checked). Nighthawk is just meta right now, I don't think it's bugged.

1 floor is different than 1 phase man.
1 phase contains every floor in the encounter. 1 Floor is what you're seeking in your elitist mentality (not wrong but not technically right)
