After how long should a test give you results? I did a self test and live after 15 hours it had double lines... After visiting hospital I got tested and came negative. What could be the reason behind it
@@brayanbracero5633yes. It could be a false positive. Those rapid will only give a reactive or non-reactive result. To confirm HIV infection, after a reactive result, please go to a hospital to take the following two tests: [1] 4th Generation HIV1/HIV2 Antigen-Antibody tmTest and [2] HIV1 RNA Test.

I had 6 test like this with self test and all of them came positive but when i went to hospital the same kind of test came positive but the confirmation test became negative ❤
Final they told me to check after weeks the same kind of test came negative UpTo date ... Glory to God because I was exposed to unprotective sex and test was 45 days exposure
They say after 28days upto 90days, its a rapid test kit. Most of them we find in market are 3rd generation test, mean they detect antibodies only. Thus our body takes a little bit longer to produce HIV antibodies soon after affect by the virus. So basically its 99,97% after 90days the accuracy of results.

I bought hiv home test from seller in Malaysia and when it shipped to me I foud out it is expired 2017 I contacted the seller he never respond how to complain

These kit I think maybe be the temperature were we keep them, results should be ready in 20 minutes after there many people they say they double lines
same happened to me last year.. even today I tested same.. after hours it bring another imaginary white line
