    you never know how powerful your tutorial is to me, I am a long time video editor user and has just shifted to premiere pro, my main issue with previous cheap softwares was this breathe that wasn't going away even with Rode Video Mic Pro, Finally with the help of your tutorial I was able to get rid of this really really really annoying issue. So Mr. uploader, Thank you from the very bottom of my heart. you made my day. Keep up the good work bro :)

      Awesome! Yeah, a good mic helps a lot! Yes, this is the simplest fix possible. There are more sophisticated (and probably "better") ways of fixing this issue, but I'm sure you'll figure this out on your Premiere Pro journey. Good luck and thanks for the kind comment!!!

    This helps with removing the breaths, but it also makes the recording sound a bit choppy.
    I'd suggest spending some time illustrating the use of the attack/hold and such to make it cleaner too.

      I can relate. One of my grandfathers was a heavy smoker (and I pretty much lived half of my life with my grandparents -- long story). Due to the secondhand smoke during my childhood, I can't breathe as smoothily as I should, so I constantly have to take subtle breaths in between sentences.

    It keeps cutting out my voice and breath tho I have tried everything but still don't
    work for me

    • @LogicPhilosophy
      @LogicPhilosophy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A couple thoughts. (1) the breathing might be so loud that you can't do anything about it, (2) if you have Adobe Audition, you can use the noise filtering to filter out just the breathing (which isn't a perfect solution but is better than the noise reduction in Premiere, (3) you might play around with the Compression a little, (4) You could try to put a second "music" track over the audio which can sort of mask the breathing. I think (2) is the best option and I can make a quick video for you if you are interested.
      But, even then, you'll sometimes still hear people breathing in professionally-produced stuff. Just the other day I was watching a show recapping Liverpool beating AC Milan and the commentators were breathing heavily into the microphones. Good luck!
