Concours 14 fuel filter replacement (fuel pump removal/teardown)

Replacing the fuel filter integrated with the fuel pump on my 2012 Kawasaki Concours 14. Not exactly a step by step tutorial but you'll get the idea of how it is done.

Thanks Tom for the effort you put into the videos and content. I have a 2008 that I picked up 1.5 years ago with 10.8k on the ODO, and it now has 17.5k. I guess I should purchase the “fuel pump kit” and do the same to my bike.

Thank you for the Concours content! I've actually been having an engine stall condition in the first 20 seconds after a cold start with part throttle (2017 with 50K) - caused me to drop it once. I've replaced the air filter and was hoping to do the valve adjustment this summer thinking that's what it needs but this dirty filter is more likely the cause and it's a faster fix too.

Good see inside and what its all about, much appreciate I'll be doing mine hasnt ever been done in 11yrs oppps out of curiosity what the handle bar grips your running are they foam covers on OEM heated grips!

Grip puppies. The heat works fine through them. I just used the heated grips up in North GA in April.
