His starting rings should be nerfed to 40 or 45 and his chaos blast should have a size decrease damage decrease make it to where it cannot multi hit in one blow and a trap nerf
he is so broken......but not pre- nerf egs level of brokenness I don't think we will ever get another character on the same level pre nerf egs is the best pre nerf character imo
