    I keep one shin pressed against the top edge at almost all times on my Begode RS 19 HS. Keeping three points of contact does a lot to stabilize an otherwise wobbly ride. The big puffy pads the wheel came with are just right for this.

    I imagine manufacturers could implement something in the firmware that could sense a speed wobble and be able to self correct by making slight corrections upon it happening. This would be a game changer. I don’t see why they can’t look into this and make it happen.

      Doesn't seem possible. EUCs can only self balance backwords and forwards. The side to side wobbles can only be controlled by the rider. It's more of a physical issue rather than a software fix

      @ Think of it like a cars traction control. Slight quick breaking and acceleration in accordance to the occilation during a wobble to off set it. I think some testing needs to be done in order to see if it’s possible.

    Well done rider! Yes, like you did, change your posture(foot positions)... move to find what dampens and what amplifies... and zero in on damping. Usually leaning one side but not always... and change speed... faster/slower.

      I'd like to try it this way but usually if I have a wobble event happening it's because I'm btakjng real hard. In that moment I'm on trafficked road and cant exactly carve without immediate concern for getting hit. Simply turning your head on a pivot-point EUC is asking for trouble especially at high speeds

    Try switching up your stance, place your dominant leg closer to the wheel pretty much up against the wheel. Check your tire pressure!!! Could be too much or too little. Factor out the small things first & u should be good 👍🏼

  • @MeediaGuyRolls
    @MeediaGuyRolls 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    Okay so here is the truth! Wobbles are made by us and controlled by us. The wheel is not making those wobbles you are! You are 100% responsible for those. I learned this the hard way too, but you need to work with your stance and foot position. Just by looking at you riding I know you're uncomfortable and your stance look actually scary to me. No doubt you will get wobble not just on this but on any wheel you ride. Try holding the wheel between your legs, squeeze it when you feel it's getting out of control/wobbly. The foot position should be even and straight on both sides at least on high speed, try to keep them in close to the body of the wheel. There is no hate in this comment but just concern for your safety.

      @@MeediaGuyRolls if you watched the whole video I did not crash or fall. My goal is to show how to control the wobble especially on high speed! 80kph plus. Thanks for your advice but I'm happy with my stance. This is how I ride and hit 90kph every ride. It has nothing to do with my stance

    • @arcrides6841
      @arcrides6841 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MeediaGuyRolls I think you worry too much about wobbles. I've had far worse wobbles on my Sherman going fast over speed bumps. You gotta know how to deal with wobbles and Alexutlang dealt with them perfectly. I bet he wasn't even scared. Once you can control them like that they become irrelevant. I think his stance is okay. Each stance has it's own pros and cons so it's wrong to say that his stance is bad.

    I can’t say it will work for you , but when I siliconed all the seems on my wheel and used foam to fill in the gaps around the battery pack and between the wheel and the center piece. Essentially I took all vibration out of the wheel and turned the 5 - 7 plastic parts that were screwed together and fused them. I have to use a razor to open up the wheel, but … this thing rides like a completely different wheel.
