Yooo I feel like this podcast was meant for me . Am at Unza and I almost dropped out coz I felt I was in the wrong place . I felt am not learning something valuable and thought i should just pursue my passions. Buh after listening to these guys I thought bout it twice. The point Kazadi made about "it comes back full cycle "and the age 21 to 25 is the learning stage realy made me realize am still young and i need to learn and make connections here and secure something high paying ( like Elson said ) while being an entrepreneur. THANK you David ,Elson and K Plus.
My writing looks like am not a university student huh.

What a fantastic episode! In my view, this episode, along with the one featuring Suwilanji, are among the best but sadly may not receive the attention it deserves from most Zambians, the ignorance levels in our country are alarming. It's disheartening to note that irrelevant content with individuals like chelah or Kidist Mwalafika easily 100k views in few days to just hear about cheap gossip and drama. Kazadi you are such a smart guy mwaiche! 👏🏾

The problem we have in Zambia is the lack of job opportunities across various career paths. Jobs are so limited that young people need to broaden their horizons through innovation. Courses such as programming, specifically coding, should be made available in schools. Developing even a simple software in Zambia is incredibly expensive-the costs are outrageous.

Point of correction. Namibia has not implemented any Act pertaining to a 4 day working system.
They're talks about it but nothing has happened to enact this policy.
Secondly. Your debate about systems VS people. I say it's both.. A system can not workout people and people can not operate effectively in an organization for profit without a proper system in place. That being said, a system has to fit the environment but most importantly the people.. Or rather work to improve the people fit the system effectively.
But that's just my thoughts on that.

Elson, what you're referring to as systems is known in HR as organisational culture. You can only uphold the culture when people buy into it. A good culture can be ruined by the wrong people. Its interlinked and therefore, both were saying one and the same.

This podcast is educative I swear.. Liked the part where Kazadi made a separation of how ones supposed to handle there time.. But that statement from the 'Dad over homework' wasn't smart. Well except the part the schools using old material which ain't settling well with me too
