Kazadi is really a smart guy i love how pays attention to each question when questioned his calm and again so perspicacious... We need alot of guys like him..
Yooo I feel like this podcast was meant for me . Am at Unza and I almost dropped out coz I felt I was in the wrong place . I felt am not learning something valuable and thought i should just pursue my passions. Buh after listening to these guys I thought bout it twice. The point Kazadi made about "it comes back full cycle "and the age 21 to 25 is the learning stage realy made me realize am still young and i need to learn and make connections here and secure something high paying ( like Elson said ) while being an entrepreneur. THANK you David ,Elson and K Plus. My writing looks like am not a university student huh.
Kazadi is so Level-headed, mature and smart. He's taken time to assimilate Social, Economic and Psychological fundamentals so well. There's a wealth of knowledge in this trialogue👏👏👏
Thank you for this episode..it has helped me (a Uni student) who was planning on dropping out and painting an unrealistic turn of events. It has enlightened me on understanding the importance of the plethora of time ❤
What a fantastic episode! In my view, this episode, along with the one featuring Suwilanji, are among the best but sadly may not receive the attention it deserves from most Zambians, the ignorance levels in our country are alarming. It's disheartening to note that irrelevant content with individuals like chelah or Kidist Mwalafika easily 100k views in few days to just hear about cheap gossip and drama. Kazadi you are such a smart guy mwaiche! 👏🏾
This episode gave everything facts on facts. Y'all spoke my mind, unfortunately you can't change the minds of Zambians until they travel open your minds its a lot out here.
I hope Elson rewatches this so he can realize he took up so much of our time refusing that he was agreeing with David on “systems vs people”. 15 minutes of my life I will never get back 🤦🏽♂️
I recommend that you bring Chisha Folotiya to the podcast based on businesses that have grown based on Family businesses cause his done an amazing job with Rhodes park school
Kazadi is well aware of his role in the industry.🙃 Great ideas and so ambitious..🕸️ Thought he was egotistic but he’s well versed in his work and confident😊 Am inspired! Big ups to the Mandem🥂
Great episode! Very informative. Kalenga thank you for always being chilled and attentive, allowing us to enjoy the guests coz you never interrupt them . Based on my analysis on the “systems” debate , I would hire Kazadi as CEO because Elson refused to be in the wrong and worse off he refused to comprehend kazadis perspective 😂😂😂😂 However you’re two brilliant strong personalities you would make great husbands for some of us 😘😂😂😂
David kazadi is one of the people i would love to spend time with cause the way he thinks is so interesting, and i love it. It would be great to have a 2 hour conversation with him about everything and nothing 😊😊
Ellson and K-plus,You guys are simply the best. Kazadi Sir,you have just awakened a brand new personality in me especially that I have always seen myself as a business genius 🙏🙏
This is my favorite episode this year. Very informative , refreshing and just pure gold. Keep on keeping on @ThatZedPodcast you guys are of high value content.
Yo, these convos are making me feel like I need to find some new homies, you know? Like, friends who we can have these kinds of deep and real conversations with.
Am on another educative Pod, this is something so educative, so inspiring and informative.. Sometimes in life we need to be listening to this kind of pod so that we can improve our lives to live better..
When the podcast started I thought this will be the most boring episode but as it progressed, it started getting more and more interesting and very educative.
The best Podcast in the mother land..!!! ANOTHER GREAT CONVERSATION, thank you Elson and K-Plus!!! Keep on keeping on.. and thanks to Prophet Kazadi, the Money Making Ministry 😅😂 #Intelligent.. Just a quick add, I kinda feel the food on the set takes away valuable time on a great conversation and a bit of distraction, humbly asking if we can we have the food after the shoot? Drinks are okay.
Elson we understand you have to bring in a different perspective to the table but you don't have to argue to every single point. ( Otherwise 🔥 podcast)
Kids of today are lucky. Plenty of information out there for them to make an informed decision on how to shape their future. TZP you guys are doing a very good job.
This is interesting the first episode with kazadi elson was quite, but with this one it's now kalenga who is listening 😊 another good episode keep it up gents.
The problem we have in Zambia is the lack of job opportunities across various career paths. Jobs are so limited that young people need to broaden their horizons through innovation. Courses such as programming, specifically coding, should be made available in schools. Developing even a simple software in Zambia is incredibly expensive-the costs are outrageous.
this wasan insightful episode. Kazadi is really smart and knows what he is doing 😍🤗 one observation: can we work on more camera guys, this week the people on camera did do a very good job
I think it’s not just women who feel entitled , i honestly it’s a Zambian mentality. I have family members male and female who feel entitled and demand money ! We need to change as a people
Point of correction. Namibia has not implemented any Act pertaining to a 4 day working system. They're talks about it but nothing has happened to enact this policy. Secondly. Your debate about systems VS people. I say it's both.. A system can not workout people and people can not operate effectively in an organization for profit without a proper system in place. That being said, a system has to fit the environment but most importantly the people.. Or rather work to improve the people fit the system effectively. But that's just my thoughts on that.
Loved the episode, so inspiring Looking forward to another Kazadi episode In the near future sort of like a continuity episode, But all in all great conversation enjoyed every bit of it. Good job k plus and Elson.
Uncle fimo fimo it's fine to agree with other people's different views of points .It's not always tht your line of reasoning will be correct .you guys have spent much of the time arguing about the system v people and yet you cud have discussed other. pertinent issues.
Kazadi is really a smart guy i love how pays attention to each question when questioned his calm and again so perspicacious... We need alot of guys like him..
We got Ben Lombe though, oh shit he is a she 🤦♂️.
Perspicacious 👏🏾👏🏾

Kazadi is so Level-headed, mature and smart. He's taken time to assimilate Social, Economic and Psychological fundamentals so well. There's a wealth of knowledge in this trialogue👏👏👏
One of my favorite episodes. It touched the right points. Especially the lack of hustle, low mileage and the Zambian dream.
This episode is challenging 🥺, it has moved me to think beyond. You get to feel like you don't do enough with yourself
From the pearl of Africa. Ur podcast is unmatched. Entertainment, learning etc. Kudos guys
Thank you for this episode..it has helped me (a Uni student) who was planning on dropping out and painting an unrealistic turn of events. It has enlightened me on understanding the importance of the plethora of time ❤

True my thoughts too💯
This episode gave everything facts on facts. Y'all spoke my mind, unfortunately you can't change the minds of Zambians until they travel open your minds its a lot out here.
True
It's not only about traveling, we have social media, people can have fun, learn and experience life through other people on TH-cam.
This episode is indeed a game changer! Exposure through travel and reading is extremely important
I hope Elson rewatches this so he can realize he took up so much of our time refusing that he was agreeing with David on “systems vs people”.
15 minutes of my life I will never get back 🤦🏽♂️

Big up k plus on that listening skill. Very few understand it. We turn to listen more and talk less when we are learning something.
I could have listened to this Episode for 5 hours straight.

This is definitely my favourite episode this year....my goodness!!🤯
This is by far the best episode I have watched.
I can relate to a lot of what has been said in relation to education.
Yo, these convos are making me feel like I need to find some new homies, you know? Like, friends who we can have these kinds of deep and real conversations with.
What kind of friends do you have ..this is what you supposed to discuss with your friends
@ntazisimengwa4810 i don't have bro
Am on another educative Pod, this is something so educative, so inspiring and informative.. Sometimes in life we need to be listening to this kind of pod so that we can improve our lives to live better..

Yet another informative episode... Kazadi is right about the infrastructure
We need a follow-up episode. This has genuinely transformed my perspective. Big ups!!
The best Podcast in the mother land..!!! ANOTHER GREAT CONVERSATION, thank you Elson and K-Plus!!! Keep on keeping on.. and thanks to Prophet Kazadi, the Money Making Ministry 😅😂 #Intelligent.. Elson we understand you have to bring in a different perspective to the table but you don't have to argue to every single point. ( Otherwise 🔥 podcast)
Elson is so annoying trying too hard with useless arguments
Rightt, he can't stand having another smart or rather someone seemingly smarter than him. Not cool
He asked things that nobody will ever ask him in person.
I think its okay…. It was a good conversation….
I don't like his arrogance in his questioning,I find them quite annoying sometimes
This is brilliant Gentlemen...keep it up. DK is my guy.
Kids of today are lucky. Plenty of information out there for them to make an informed decision on how to shape their future. TZP you guys are doing a very good job.

@@Chimm7 Elson is originally from Zimbambwe.
@kalumbasongwe8766 really honestly I had no idea. So he's not even zambian ?
@@Chimm7 Him is Zambian... But the parents are from Zimbambwe.
@kalumbasongwe8766 so if both his parents are from Zim , he's also Zim
I have really been enlightened, this episode has made me dream and I am definitely going act upon them
