I'm from Kentucky, I saw Tyler play at a bar in Lexington called the Green Lantern about a year or so before he really took off, a place not much bigger than a closet, it was just him and a guy named C.J. Cain, might have been the GREATEST show ever played!

In the good ole learning experience of life sometimes we get stuck in the mud but the words of mamma and papa and theirs before are like winches on our souls pulling us out. Kentucky raises us up right, just something about it. Tyler gets it, Simpson gets it, many others you can hear it in their voice and what they write. We’re so thankful for these artists and like Amy’s saying in the description show these artists your support and buy their music and get out and see them live.

Longtime Shooter fan, I commented, very positively on Sturgill Simpson and someone replied to check out Tyler Childress. I've followed Sturgill from the beginning and like everything he's done, but I really love those first couple albums and would love to hear more of that.
