My ancestors who build these houses on the top of mountains they used to go down and hunts the wilder beasts from the valleys and bring them back up the mountains for family to feed. My ancestors adapted these mountains in order to best fit around their life to help and protect them from invaders as well as from Mother Nature! So proud of my ancestors! The people in South Yemen were an embrace for us and a lovely cadre of fellow travellers in our efforts to find treasure for them and us in our 5 year term in their country. We did and the treasure we found, is now all produced (1.2 billion bbls of oil x $40/bbl back then). I had the experience of a lifetime. This video gives you a hint of what once was and what can be when this stupid war ends.

ooohhh maaaaan that reminds me of life. look at those beautiful homes. look at the old architecture. yemen was ranked the best place for tourism in 2007. now hopefully we can get a new president and cabinet from all over yemen to have better ideas for Yemenis future, also get rid of the corruption.
rathdaddy one day hopefully we will have a stable government we need America to stop supporting Saudi Arabia from bombing Yemen and destabilizing it as well as Iran using Yemen as a stronghold to attack Saudi Arabia

when you say dangerous. do you mean like cliff hanging or living high in the montains. other then that they are people just like you and me. they all show love and hat, and they all as well have financial issues too. google it to learn more about it.
